Drive through was fast, customer service was friendly and coffees were made as ordered. My grandson loved his cake pop!!
I wanted to recognize Maria at Starbucks for her outstanding customer service. As someone who is newly diabetic, I've been trying to learn which drinks and ingredients are sugar-free, and it can be a bit overwhelming.
Some of the other employees weren't completely sure about certain sugar-free options, but Maria took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand what I could order. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the interaction.
