I am not sure, but I think tue quality of the food has gone down. My food was under seasoned. I will try it again maybe the kitchen had an off day. I do love the location and the restaurant is beautiful.

Went there Friday night for dinner. Cooks couldn’t even cook a simple medium well hamburger patty I ordered, was beyond well done 😡🤢 service was great at least.
6 months later: Actually returned and had the very same order done perfectly. I put the waiter on notice to have my meat cooked as I ordered. Best burger within miles when done fabulously. 😋

Food is good. Service could really use some work. Waited for a very long time until our server finally came. No introductions or anything. Just what would you like to drink. Then she left us for another 20 minutes to get our drinks …and thus the waiting game began …

I love their food. But man the service at the oxnard location is dreadful. I have a free giftcard and haven't even used it because I'd how much i dread eating there again lol. Every single time ive gone every single waiter takes foooooorever to wait on us. To even get drinks takes like 20 plus minutes. Water that is. I went on the 23rd of July my daughter and I to have a birthday lunch for her. We sat in the patio. It took about 20 mjn to ask what we wanted to drink. It took another 25 min to get that drink of water. Then it took her 20 min to come back to ask for our order. We almost got up and left. At this point its already been an hour. So we thought let's just order appetizers since we are in a hurry. Took 40 min to get the nachos and sliders and a ceaser salad. Not only were they not good. But we wasted almost 2 hrs there just waiting for water, bread and appetizers. I will never go back to cheesecake. If I want it ill order take out.

Website said they offered 50% veteran discount but they did not. My chicken sandwich was burnt and overcooked. The 4 cheese pasta was great and the steak was super tiny and very expensive tough and bland.The birthday cup mousse thingy was nice.

After a long and challenging day, my daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner at The Cheesecake Factory—and we couldn’t have made a better choice.
From the moment we sat down, everything exceeded expectations. We both ordered the Miso Salmon, and it was absolutely exceptional—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. We also shared a few appetizers: the Fried Zucchini, Brussels Sprouts, Buffalo Blasts, and Buffalo Chicken Tenders. Every single dish was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our server Allison. She was the perfect person to help us end the day on a high note. Her energy was uplifting, and she struck that rare balance of being professional, attentive, and genuinely engaging. We even shared a few laughs throughout the meal, which made it all the more memorable.
