Menu is very unclear when pork or cheese are used and my Jewish dinner companion was unable to identify anything she could eat and trust because the descriptions are lacking. Asked for our check to be split before ordering anything and it wasn't. Silverware was dirty The atmosphere would have been nice but outside was not warm enough even with heaters. Constant traffic and loud motorcycles made outside conversation nearly impossible.
Vegetarian options: Even what appears to be vegetarian may have pork in it.
Dietary restrictions: Nearly none for anyone Jewish and trying to keep meat and cheese separate.

As a package delivery person, I can say that they are implementing a 2-class system. When we come to pick up packages, they make our employees wait outside the building. They don't even let us in. I don't know about their food, but it's sad that the employees are implementing a 2-class system for us.

The food is amazing as well as the food / drink options. The wait can be long but my opinion is that the wait is worth the experience.

We have been at the Thousand Oaks location and we loved it. The food and the service were great except once that by seven o'clock they ran out of bread and the food felt like getting out of deep hibernation, 1/2 frozen but still yummy.
Now, we have tried to be at this location twice without luck. The first time we were not allowed to be outside despite plenty of seats and stern warning that they were training people.
This time they were unable to write a reservation because their thing of not taking reservations for over 7 people, my nephew, a birthday guy, was accommodating by letting us celebrate him at BJ's 1/2 mile away.
The Cheesecake Factory will not miss us because of their heavy traffic, they have plenty of customers and by now I hardly remember how good, and sometimes cool, their food is.
As hard core fans of the BBT and Penny we are now forced to trek all the way up hill to CCK location in 1K Oaks.
