Nura Sushi is now my favorite sushi restaurant on the Monterey Peninsula. The sushi rolls are a symphony of perfectly combined flavors and the presentation is spectacular! The CHP sushi roll blew our minds!

Went in as a couple around dinner time on a Friday. While the food was fine and the staff was friendly enough, they seemed understaffed and the wait times were excessive. Table smelled of wet trash. $70 for a chicken tonkatsu plate and a special roll with a can of coke after tax/tip.

I've reviewed a lot of places and maybe this is one of the best places I've eaten. We had a lighthouse roll, red lady, and a mango roll. Amazing. Large rolls that fill you. You can tell they are soulfully created. Food art is real here. They get the tastes right. The red lady is special because they torch sear the tuna. Out of this world amazing. Highly recommend this team.
