This McDonald’s Pacifica Manor branch is so prone to miss at least one item in your drive-through order. So when I drove all the way back from San Bruno the manager, the 4th person I spoke to because they could not understand my explaining why I returned…because they forgot something in my order! This manager then told me it’s my responsibility to check my order before leaving and if they make that mistake, it’s on me. Yet, they rush you along and get impatient when you tell them on the spot that utensils or sauce is missing because there’s a usually a long line of cars behind you. Wow, maybe that’s the shoddy standard that they maintain with their employees who won’t think it’s important to be careful with orders because if they miss something…ooops, it doesn’t matter and it’s the customer’s fault!

The double cheese with Mac sauce at this mc Donald's i think has been the best one I've ever ate. Since i have started ordering them when i was a teenager. Really great! Other than that the restroom could've used a little cleaning ... They probably just had a big dinner rush

Probably the worst food out of all McDonald’s I’ve been to . If you like new Stk sandwich for breakfast , it’s dry and salty as hell . Cappuccino with 2 extra shots will taste like milk .the worst

There was an angry older customer that the staff handled with aplomb and skill which was nice to see.

Kiosk order, dine in, grab a number, they come to drop your food off at your table. Free fountain refills for dine in customers. Came for the limited time only chicken Big Mac which met my expectations. Almost like the chicken Big Mac I had in Europe. Otherwise, I usually don't come to McDonald's. Fries were unsalted for some reason.

As always poor service. Poorly qualified, uneducated and snobbish people. The food is still good but the service at this chain is terrible. I just keep coming back here because of the price. EMPLOYEES WHO WORK HERE THINK THEY ARE OWNERS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH. My request was to take vignettes to the car and they asked me to pick them up inside the restaurant. If you can't get to the car, remove the option or train the network's employees better. Because we still pay for services and there is nothing free here.
