Restaurant wasn't as clean as one would hope. Tables were dirty,and the customer service was worse. I'll take the longer ride next time to avoid this particular site.

I have issues ordering drive thru at night. I speak perfect English, but the employee(s) don’t always understand. Most recently I got so frustrated trying to repeat an order that I just gave up and drove off. Stop hiring non native speakers to work here. It doesn’t generate sales if they can’t take orders.

This is the best location yet that I've been because I haven't encountered yet annoying customers, or people soliciting in there. If there are, maybe coincidental only. The place is peaceful and definitely you will enjoy your food and privacy while dining-in in there.

I used the drive-thru only on Friday, May 16, 2025, at approximately 11:10 am. The order taker suggested cookies with my meal, which I declined, but I was impressed that she made the effort. I have trained many service employees, so I know how difficult it is to motivate individuals to help drive increased sales. She deserves praise.

I ordered 3 breakfasts with pancakes and they served me without them. When I asked the employee for explanations, she was rude and told me that I had to cancel them again, terrible service.

This McDonald’s Pacifica Manor branch is so prone to miss at least one item in your drive-through order. So when I drove all the way back from San Bruno the manager, the 4th person I spoke to because they could not understand my explaining why I returned…because they forgot something in my order! This manager then told me it’s my responsibility to check my order before leaving and if they make that mistake, it’s on me. Yet, they rush you along and get impatient when you tell them on the spot that utensils or sauce is missing because there’s a usually a long line of cars behind you. Wow, maybe that’s the shoddy standard that they maintain with their employees who won’t think it’s important to be careful with orders because if they miss something…ooops, it doesn’t matter and it’s the customer’s fault!

The double cheese with Mac sauce at this mc Donald's i think has been the best one I've ever ate. Since i have started ordering them when i was a teenager. Really great! Other than that the restroom could've used a little cleaning ... They probably just had a big dinner rush

Probably the worst food out of all McDonald’s I’ve been to . If you like new Stk sandwich for breakfast , it’s dry and salty as hell . Cappuccino with 2 extra shots will taste like milk .the worst

It is McDonald's. Food is precisely what you expect and exactly like it was at the last McDonald's you ate at.
There was an angry older customer that the staff handled with aplomb and skill which was nice to see.
