Out of the past six times, they got our order correct twice. The two times our order wasn't missing food, we didn't get ketchup or napkins. We no longer go here.

Love to bring my son to play here. There is a indoor playground for kids to burn their energy. Not too crowded.

Went through the drive thru at 11 pm & they said it was closed . Why does it say it’s open til 12am

Mcdonald's everywhere removing electrical outlets from their dining areas! Pacific Manor McDonald's is also being unfriendly. I would guess this is either an franchisee decision to remove the electrical outlets. Or possibly McDonald's corporate suggesting the removal. As far as I know the franchisee has a latitude to keep them.
In any case, removal of the electrical outlets from the McDonald's dining areas definitely has moved McDonald's corporate image into the direction of being unfriendly. Similar to another coffee chain that was doing the same and has since backtracked on how they treat their customers.
For my visit today, the quarter pounder with cheese was made the way that I asked them to make it light on sauces and with lettuce added. The burger was fresh and hot. Although I have to repeat a common sentiment that McDonald's meat patties appear to be underweight for their quarter pounder with cheese.
Elsewhere in the Pacific Manor McDonald's, every table in the place that was free at the time was dirty. In the end I just picked the The least dirty table out of all of them, and wiped it down myself. I know a lot of the orders at this point in McDonald's history are drive-thru, or carryout. But the staff could pay attention to cleaning up the tables every once in awhile. For my visit I didn't see anyone come out and clean up any tables. Not in the main dining room. And not in the child's play area either.
My drink at this McDonald's was excellent. This is one of the McDonald's locations you can count on for the soda fountain to be properly working and calibrated correctly.
Bathroom was decent enough. But it's never as good as the other McDonald's over in Daly City near the government center. That McDonald's shines all the time for cleanliness throughout the place. The Pacificanor McDonald's always could do a better job with their bathrooms.
I noticed outside on the sidewalk that the embedded lights still needed to have some maintenance done to them. Both with replacements of the bulbs. And with clean out of the water and plants growing inside up the bulb housing. It's plain to see that no maintenance has been done on the sidewalk lighting in a while.
Finding this McDonald's and parking at this McDonald's in Pacifica is always very easy. They're located right off of the highway. And they're close to the beach as well.
My past experience is here with the drive-thru have been great. They're usually pretty quick. And the drive-thru soda machine operation is also top notch. Watching operations today during my visit. It seems like the drive-thru operations here continue to be well run..
If you were on a trip and need to recharge a device or use your computer. Come with the expectation that you have no power inside the restaurant. Beyond that unfriendly point, I would recommend this McDonald's for a quick stop over.

I went in to try the new burger, but when I looked at it, I was surprised because the chicken was really small. Or is the store going downhill? (My experience)

I got there a few minutes before 5:30 am, and waited til 5:35 to go through the drive through. I went through 2x, waiting at the speaker, saying hello, but no answer. The 2nd time, I got to the 2nd window, and there was a young lady, her name was Francis, prepping the area. She was very nice, took my order, and asked me to go to the waiting area on the side. In less than 5 minutes she brought my order out to me, smiled and thanked me. The frustration I felt initially at no one being available to take my order, dissapeared after dealing with Francis. I think the problem was with the manager, who didn't have anything ready to open. I'll go back, but never at 5:30 am again.

Seems like all the McDonald's have a smaller menu. I wanted fruit, yogurt, etc .all gone. Fries are always cold here.

Terrible set of Employees, they don’t bother to take your order until they’re absolute done w whatever else they’re doing some are rude, and there’s a male that works there and he’s the only light of hope to this fallen down resteraunt hopefully, this post can make sure to choose your employee’s wise! Employers!

Restaurant wasn't as clean as one would hope. Tables were dirty,and the customer service was worse. I'll take the longer ride next time to avoid this particular site.

I have issues ordering drive thru at night. I speak perfect English, but the employee(s) don’t always understand. Most recently I got so frustrated trying to repeat an order that I just gave up and drove off. Stop hiring non native speakers to work here. It doesn’t generate sales if they can’t take orders.
This is the best location yet that I've been because I haven't encountered yet annoying customers, or people soliciting in there. If there are, maybe coincidental only.
The place is peaceful and definitely you will enjoy your food and privacy while dining-in in there.

I used the drive-thru only on Friday, May 16, 2025, at approximately 11:10 am. The order taker suggested cookies with my meal, which I declined, but I was impressed that she made the effort. I have trained many service employees, so I know how difficult it is to motivate individuals to help drive increased sales. She deserves praise.
