We came during lunch on a weekday so the restaurant wasn’t busy. The place used to be a train station and was well preserved. The owner cooked for us. Our server was very flexible and helpful. Service was fast, the crab sandwich was packed with crab, fries were fresh and crunchy, salmon on the salad was a huge portion, the steak was not cut thinly on the Philly cheesesteak.
This is a long established restaurant in Pacifica, housed in one of the original stations of the old Ocean Shore railroad. It was not very busy on a Wednesday night. We enjoyed seafood dishes which were tasty and well prepared. The service was attentive without being intrusive.
Don't be fooled by its old worn looks. This is a great place for dinner and drinks. The clam chowder is really good and on the weekends they have really tasty prime rib dinners. This week I went and tried their burgers and my wife had a patty melt. Both were delicious. I've never tried the crab sandwich (which people say is delicious), but that's only because it's so expensive and there are lots of other good things on the menu. Come on the weekend for...
