The morning team lead at this location needs more customer service training . Cutting straws in half and say Corp told them to do that , serving hot water as coffee in a drive through is not right.
What should have been done was apologize and serve a fresh cup. But No! Someone please help this lead .... half straws for a drink is not good either... is jack in the box that broke ?
Very clean and the employees are pleasant. If your in the nieghbordhood and looking for a quick bite then this jack in the box is good. The food is tasty.
