Breakfast Republic

So many vegan choices we had a tough time deciding what to get. We had the breakfast burrito and the tres leches pancakes and breakfast potatoes. Everything was delicious! Happy Cow does it again!

We had a great experience with our server Christine. She helped me customize my order because of allergies to nuts,soy, and wheat. They had the freshest orange juice we have ever tasted and the harvest omelet ( Just Eggs and without the vegan Italian sausage) was on point! My husband had the Italian sausage, Bennie Mimi I think it's called. He liked it but he never likes vegan eggs so he left that part but ate everything else. The potatoes were delicious and crispy. The ketchup made in house, was so good. The gluten free mult grain bread was delicious and they have homemade berry jam. Great coffee with oat milk. Great portions. Definitely feel like we got our money's worth.

Several delicious vegan menu items, clearly marked. This location now has vegan butter available for toast and pancakes too. Bottomless coffees can be paired with non-dairy milks including Almond and Oat. The BR coffee blend is organic and fair-trade. Also, two Bloody Mary drink options are 100% vegan! My wife and I and mother in law enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Breakfast Republic. The selections are vast and even have Vegan options. I did the meat lovers scramble, it was great. The have generous portions and their coffee is excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The greeter Flora was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for breakfast- you will not be disappointed.

Epic breakfast experience! Superb food and attention to detail, little chicken syrup saucers… we had allergies in our party- one to dairy and one to gluten- they accommodated both! Amazing vegan pancakes and gluten free French toast. Regular items were beyond tasty as well! Will be back here very time we are in palm desert!

What a wonderful atmosphere and setup for a breakfast experience that leaves you with a smile. I was able to chat with Flora, the hostess, on my way out the door and she added to what already was a wonderful experience. I've been looking for a great breakfast spot after relocating from Washington, D.C. and this is definitely a match for me.

My favorite breakfast spot in CV highly recommend getting there coffee and the american as a starter if your new then from there go crazy and try all the other dishes available. Huge selection of breakfast options including vegan options as well if that’s your cup of tea. But overall great experience every single time. Staff is friendly and very generous and really keen to details and making sure the customer is absolutely satisfied. Also recommend trying out their ketchup and hot sauce it’s bomb. If you’re a foodie and looking for a great breakfast joint go here. Also I had the California Breakfast Burrito and Chilaquiles and all were packed with flavor and had us full.
