We came to Cactus Jacks on a whim. In town for a conference. I had the mahi tacos and my sister had the Ruben. Mahi tacos could have had more flavor but the texture was perfect. My sister devoured her sandwich. We shared a delicious chocolate cake a la mode. We ate so fast we forgot to take pics. Flora was a great attentive server. Will come back again when in town.
Excellent food and service. I had the American Lamb medium rare.... excellent. You can use a little help on salad making, but other than that you did a great job. I'll be back.
First time here. Service and ambiance were great. Food was disappointing. I ordered the scallops and I could barely find six little pieces on the plate and they were mushy. Salad was just iceberg. Friend's prime rib was almost half fat. Chicken pasta was a gloppy mess. Drinks are strong and not overpriced, so I guess after a couple rounds you don't care about the food.
