Easily the best Chicken Philly I've ever had. Very nice staff and affordable prices. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody!

World best wings took me to heaven

Bryan Anthony here at the Palm desert mall location I cannot believe their service was so awesome made the sandwich that me and my wife had tremendously great had no complaints the soda awesome and nice and sweet and customer service and atmosphere the food I mean these two gentlemen deserve a little recognition here for their hard work because honestly even though they were jam-packed they still make sure my food was fresh nice and hot called out our order even made our soda because I first had ordered a Dr pepper Dr pepper was the watery but changed it out with no problem even apologize so many times when you didn't have to so Charlie's restaurant give your employees a little bit of recognition right here in the Palm desert mall in Palm desert ca

Waited in line 10 min behind 2 couples. Then got to front and was told it will be just a moment sir 3x b4 I gave up and went to chubbys. They were way better then the chopped crap they are throwing together here for 20$

They were very stingy with the sauce on the wings so they were very dry. The lemonade wasn't good! How do you mess up lemonade? The fries weren't any good either. But, at least the people were nice so that's good.

super short staffed but despite this, the 2 people working today at 6pm were handling amazingly well, and working very hard. I rate 5 stars because of Eli and Anthony, very hard working! Thank you for serving me. Hustlers right there !

I don't know if the workers here are just stupid, or what, but they refused to give me the order I was assigned to pick up, insisting that someone else was coming for it, even after I showed them the Dasher app showing that I was the driver. It took 3 calls from Doordash support to get the order and they didn't even start until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. Delivery was 20 minutes late because of their incompetence.
