Food was good but I noticed something, my friend (who got her food after me) ordered a bowl with both sour cream and then guac, when the worker but the guac on her bowl it got sour cream smeared on the spoon, which then got put back into the guac container. Please be more careful with cross contamination as if I had ordered after my friend and had gotten sour cream in my bowl (which contained guac) I would’ve been sick for about a week and possibly hospitalized (sounds dramatic, I’m aware.) teach workers how to flip the spoon and put it on to the bowl without smearing the spoon into the food already in it please.

The food is good, the Burritos are Big So the bad customers service. We ordered lunches for our school every Tuesday, this time I went to pick it up at 10:30 am , they were working on it , waited 15 minutes , that was ok until , the guy came out and put the big box and the bag on the table and said, here you go , did not offered not even open the door to help me get out with that big box and a bag . Very rude, it was only one customer walking in at that time , a girl at the cash register and 4 or 5 guys working that shift. There was not a reason to be So Rude !

I had the absolute WORST experience at the Chipotle in Palm Desert. The staff here clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and the manager was beyond rude. My kids and I came in for lunch, and instead of being greeted with kindness, the manager aggressively told my children they needed to leave—for absolutely no reason at all. They weren’t being loud or disruptive; they were just standing by me while I ordered.
When I asked the manager why they were being so harsh, they gave me nothing but attitude and treated us like we were a problem instead of paying customers. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life, and my kids left upset and confused.
This location needs to seriously retrain their staff on how to treat families and people in general. I will NEVER return to this Chipotle, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid it as well. Disgusting service.

I came to this chipotle with my family while on vacation. Food & Service was ok but we were missing 2 items from our order. I attempted to call them but no one answered.
Mostly inviting as it was clean in the dining room at 10:30 AM the beginning of their day… But when I saw the the Grill very darkened and unappealing… They're display of all cooked and prepared foods waiting to be spooned into your taco or bowl or burrito, was not the most appetizing… But for the most part the food tasted really good and they have a great reputation… This is my first visit to a chipotle

Burrito and bowl both lacking chicken and pork, you had to hunt for the protein, hardly any in there. Teenage staff very inexperienced, could hardly understand English. Wouldn't go back, very expensive for what you actually get!

I’ve been to chipotle multiple times the one in Palm Springs will not return to this one in Palm Desert paid 16 dollars for mainly tortilla and barely any rice they barely give you anything I looked at the guy behind the counter and said that was barely anything for what I’m paying. I do appreciate what they do but at least give bit more for what we are paying thank you!
