I ordered from the app today but couldn't check in on the app, so I waited by the register to ask an employee about my order but got ignored it was busy but I told a couple employee's excuse me loud and still got ignored I have been here a couple times already and the employee's only make cookies and call out you name good luck if you have a question or want to pay with cash and my cookies looked sloppy for what I paid for.

We’ve ordered cookies from the Palm Desert location recently. Twice in a row and both times the cookies were missing something. The Olivia Rodrigo cookie was missing the sprinkles, the waffle one didn’t come with syrup so we used some we had at home, and the strawberry shortcake one looked nothing like the picture as far as the topping goes. I had to go back inside and ask for more and was told the manager is the reason for them skimping on decorating the cookie. The employee would have gotten in trouble if they gave me more. Wish I took a picture of the cookie initially. I was really excited about that cookie too and the crumbly topping is like the whole point of it. Bummer
