I bought one of the $10 for $25 value coupon during Covid and they would not honor it. They were willing to give me $10 of credit. They think that I spent $25 for $10 of value. What would of been the purpose of buying it? Omg. Try somewhere else more honorable.

They have 2 different sandwiches made with ham. One is supposed to have Black Forest Ham and the other is supposed to have Honey Ham. I was told they don’t have either, just regular ham.I ordered the Haystack, the one which advertises BF Ham. I got 1 piece of regular ham, 1 piece of Swiss cheese (it wasn’t Swiss), and it was on what was supposed to be Sour Dough bread. The only thing sour about the bread was my disposition after biting into it. NOT sour dough!!The Diet Coke was ok.We were looking into a new place for lunch. The search continues. This place is TERRIBLE!!!Being there today was like being there two times… The first and the last!!!Do not waste a Penney going to Dukes. It’s the worst!!! Not even worth 1 star!!!

Get the Santa Rosa Sanwhich the sauce is just so yummy with a not spicy jalapeño kick. Great costumer service and subs taste fresh. You won't be disappointed ??

The very worst pastrami sandwich I have attempted to eat. I couldn't even eat the second half of the sandwich which was soggy partially because they put coleslaw in the sandwich. I ordered a fruit salad for a side and the strawberries were turning brown on the inside, the watermelon was so bad that I had to spit it out. So very disappointing. I think the store looked dirty, trash was overflowing, drink machine was out of Diet Coke and paper business cards were strewn about the front entrance. I will not return.

First time here, I have the haystack sandwich which I have had at the Jensen grocery store on highway 111 so I do know what it should taste like and how it should be made. The haystack sandwich at the Jensen grocery store was excellent plenty of ham cheese made excellent fresh bread but the little sandwich shop dukes that makes haystack horrible one slice a ham one slice of cheese the bread was stale never go back again.
