The name says it all. First Class was simply First Class. The meal and the service was outstanding. Phenomenal service, excellent food and great communication. They took care of the entire event from food to bar to service to table and dish rentals, and everything went off perfectly. What a professional and extremely pleasant experience from the first phone contact to the final cleanup! Chef Sergio arrived on time, delivered the most delicious food, hot and cold, and served the most excellent passed hors d'oeuvres with style and class. The guests were amazed at how fast the service was.
