The name says it all. First Class was simply First Class. The meal and service were outstanding. They took care of the entire event from food to bar to service to table and dish rentals, and everything went off perfectly. Chef Sergio arrived on time, delivering the most delicious food, hot and cold, and served the most excellent passed hors d'oeuvres with style and class. Guests have been amazed at how fast the service was.
In addition to delivering an outstanding catering experience, First Class Catering has the wisdom to help quickly resolve unexpected issues at events. They suggested and delivered spectacular Mid-Century-themed passed appetizers, bar and wine service, and fresh-baked sourdough loaves. Plated dishes included a surf & turf with the best lobster tail. All customized requests, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options, were handled perfectly.
The communication has been stellar. They send estimates immediately, are available for many questions throughout the process, and everyone is super kind. Planning is easy, with live cloud-based quote adjustments, a phenomenal tasting preview at their restaurant, and thoughtful site walk-throughs. Their event service is professional, impeccable, and invisible, making every occasion memorable. Overall, First Class Catering is a great choice for any event, ensuring success and satisfaction.
