Gisell was Very rude. hopefully management fixes the schedule and gives the hours to someone who actually wants work cause there is a line of people who are unemployed and would love the work
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels. I ordered a single pretzel, yet I was charged for two additional pretzels that I never requested. At the time of purchase, I noticed the total seemed unusually high, but I trusted that it was correct and completed the transaction. When I received my order and saw the extra pretzels and burnt ones too mind you🙄!!!! I immediately returned to request a refund for the items I did not order.
