Honestly, some of the best wetzels I've had in the valley. Super soft, I'm sure it depends on the crew making them but they were so so good ? Just look at the pretzels to see if they look burnt or not, that'll tell you whether or not to buy them ?

This place is super nasty.About 3 tablespoons of grease in the bottom of the cup of mini hot dogs.Got frozen lemonade and for the second time it was sour I'll never eat here again I don't recommend anyone else does it

Love this place BUT customer service sucks!! One of the girls was rude maybe because the card readers were down but there is no need to be rude I've worked customer service for over eight years and there's ways to talk to people.

This is the WORST location! Wetzels Pretzels should be ashamed this location is even associated with their name! What an embarrassment!!! I was charged TWICE and the manager refused to help when it happened. She told me to come back. A week later I am still trying to get it fixed. I called the store to speak with her about it and she hang up on me TWICE like a child!! I asked for her boss and she said "ohhh I dunno". Maybe the OWNERS need to have better employees! Educate them on customer service and how to handle issues instead of hanging up on customers. I want this fixed! How many people has this happened too? How many people have you gotten money from in a fraudulent way? I'm sure this review will be brushed off and I'm just wasting my time!!

I ordered a Wetzel pretzel and the associate behind the counter said the fresh ones were the bites. So I bought the bites, and they're burned .

This place is horrible!!! The hours say open until 10pm but ive gone there multiple times between 7-9pm and they are always closed lights off and no one around to help you. The one time i was able to catch it open the food was all brunt and stale and the employees rude and unhelpful. I love these pretzels but this place is horrible

I don't know why, but even though wetzels is a franchise somehow they are all rated low, and in my experience they deserve it. I placed my order from here and am more than pleased. I forgot to put a note on my UberEATS order so I called the store. a pleasant employee picked up and greated me kindly, was attentive, and kind. This is opposed to the normal wetzels experience of a lazy employee picking up and acting like they are physically and mentally tortured to work there. The pretzel was by far the best I've ever had. This is my first interaction with this wetzels, I hope when I order in the future I have the same experience.

Where did you get your employees???? Don't bother going there an hour before they close, because they literally act like they're already closed. They turn off the lights so people don't walk up to the counter, and they stop making food so all you see are the stuff that was made earlier in the day, sometimes even the burnt stuff. Sometimes there are people working that don't even speak English so it's hard to even order what you want. You just have to point to what you want. Come on guys you can do better.... I wish I could rate this location negative 10 stars
Second week in a row we drove to the Palm Desert store. They were closed both times. Second time we got there at 10AM and they were closed

This place is gross, the food looked so old, and I asked the girl at the counter if she can make some fresh, she's like they ok only been there 10 mins, I said can you make them fresh! She's like ummm ummm umm no. What a mess! And all she was doing was standing around on her phone!
