Incredible ice cream. Got a four scoop sampler, a large portion of ice cream for only 7.50. Was enough for myself and the girlfriend to share.

Fast service. Even with a long service line these kids inside kept the line moving.
Ordered two items, waited 15 mins until finally asking what was going on, apparently they forgot about my order. I had to repeat what I ordered for them to start making it . I told them I couldn’t wait any longer, the gentleman told me he would give me a refund and still make me the items for the inconvenience.
Then some young rude Mexican girl with a lot of makeup comes out and gives me attitude, snatches the ice cream from my hand and told me she gave me a refund and I can’t have the ice cream. After I waited 20 mins in 115 degree heat for their mistake. Customer service is lacking, but ice cream is good. Won’t go back to this location.

We stopped by the drive through and enjoyed a fresh ice cream on a hot day. I would of been able to customize my dessert a bit more but it was overall delicious. Service was fast and the lady behind the counter was super nice and helpful. We will go back again if we are ever in the area and craving something sweet.

First time experience was awesome looked just liked the image of the window today I brought more people to try it for the first time when ordered told gentlemen one flavor all sugar cone I’m not sure were the confuse was that they put two ice creams in one recorrected order with a little attitude from the team I ignored it and I brushed it off paid and still tipped them regardless of the attitude but what got to me was when the ice cream came out the portion they gave me was ridiculous size of a golf ball ? even the children questioned why their ice cream looked smaller I’ve managed different restaurants and the customer service today was not it put this gentleman in the back scooping ice cream away from the customers or retrained staff to avoid uncomfortable experience honestly disappointed

Well, this ice-cream shop is close to the best, such us Baskin-Robbins.So if you are an ice cream lover and there's no Baskin-Robbins nearby, then you must come here. They have a variety of flavors. My favorites are strawberry cheesecake and pistachio ice-cream.Other yogurt places, for instance, Swirlyz, are sucks!I'm glad that this shop is in Palm Desert. They have a nice patio to enjoy your delicious desert.
