It's always been my favorite Breakfast place and today was just about the same as every time great service great food. This place in the palm desert was just great like the others. Keep up the good work thanks

We were early morning, it wasn't full, service was slow. The food came pretty quick but everything was cold. My wife requested warm syrup but was told by our service it wasn't served at that restaurant. We had to request refill on drinks to often. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. But I will try it once more before I place it on my no go list.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt several times. I have been in there at least 10 times over the last couple years & only 2 times has it been a smooth dining experience. Usually, I order the food to go at curbside. Every time I have done that the food is never ready when they say it will be. I have sat in the car 30 minutes over the time they guaranteed it would be ready. The wait is always horrible. The owner is rude! I have eaten inside and the food came cold. Today, I went to eat there and the parking lot was empty. I look in the windows to see if it's crowded and it's not at all. I couldn't even walk in the double doors. There was a line of people waiting to get seated. No one was at the front to take their names or seat anyone. I waited at least 10 minutes and people in front of me said they hadn't seen anyone. People started to leave . The only reason I stayed in line was because my two young children wanted the Minion pancakes. I finally get up to the front to give my name and they said it's a 30 minute wait. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I keep trying because Denny's is to far and it's located in a great location. They usually have fun kid specials (minions breakfast) This was at 11:00 a.m. today. Do not waste your time! I regret wasting my time! The food is good if you can ever get it & if it's not cold. P.s. they close super early, I believe it's 2p.m.

This iHop is horrible. Service is non-existent. No one ever came to check on us to see if we needed anything. I asked for a re-fill on my drink, after waiting and waiting and waiting some more I finally had to ask a second time. The waitress still forgot. Finally a bus boy brought me a refill after our meal was done. Asked for the check and it was the same....more waiting and still no check. Finally we just went to the hostess and asked for the check. She said someone would bring it. The busboy finally brought it. He seemed to be the only one willing to help us. I was not going to leave a tip, but I felt bad for the bus boy, so I left a a couple bucks. I normally tip well because I know people work for their tips. No one here, other than the bus boy, worked for anything. This is by far one of the works dining experiences I have aver had when it comes to service. Pick another ihop to go to. Save yourself the headache and drive farther if your in Palm Desert and go somewhere else for breakfast.

Came to I Hop in the Target plaza. Came in for a party of 5 but was still waiting on my uncle and tia to arrive. Lady told us we had to wait to be seated until the rest of the party showed up and left our presence. So we decided to wait outside until they showed up. Many many people came in since then. 5 min later they showed up and we went in and she never told us or offered to put us on the waiting list. So we had to wait 20 min before being seated. Ridiculous service. Lady didn't even apologize for not saying anything about having to be on a list. Ruuude! Won't come here again. Can't stand business that don't care about thier customers.

Service appears too slow for a small order of 3 pancakes. They lack cooks + servers. Closing is 2pm _ Stop service at 1:30pm. Food not tasty. It's due to Covid Rules which are mostly lifted. IHOP doesn't seem too interested in getting back to normal. Employees must have Vax. That's the problem in hiring I suppose.

I must say this location is placed in a great spot. They operate the restaurant efficiently and were very good at the seating time. Our server was so nice and always on top of our needs!

On line and the 3 signs on the front doors say they open at 06:30. They don’t open at 06:30, and I don’t know what time they actually open because the employees just stared at me through the windows. But there was a gentleman collecting trash outside who informed me they were never open at 06:30, so I was grateful for his help. There is a place a mile down the road, Keelys, who seated and served me in under 10 minutes.

Called ahead at 2:25 to check closing time, was told by the guy who answered the phone they close at 3 and I had 30 minutes to eat. I just happen to be driving by the location so I pulled into the parking lot with.my.wife and kids, walked inside at 2:31 and was told by the hostess that we were not allowed to eat there and could only order to go because they closed in 30 minutes. Won't be returning.
It was Wonderful. Nice staff and excellent French toast Awesome Pancakes. Came back two days later!!!

Me & my hubby decided to go to IHOP since it's been a while... We were so amazed at the service from Juan N. & staff as well as the quality of food! Great experience & will definitely be back!!

I went alone then was seated and served immediately. I enjoyed the food very much. The Eggs Blackbear, one of their personal favorites, was delicious and filling! It's fair to say that it's one of my favorites now after that meal. They used bacon in place of ham typical of an Eggs Benedict.

It was not the best I've been to many IHOP's and this one just not the best. Ordered BLTA with onion rings and got no avocado ? in it and got fries. Not to mention no refills or napkins and still had to pay $40 still tipped but was really disappointed overall not a good experience.

Even with few staff members, they were fast and good was great. The old lady might come off rude but she is just old and that's how old people are, just consider her your Granny Abuela.
