Fabulous Jersey Mikes! My veggie sandwich was sublime; absolutely perfectly made. Very beautiful and clean location. Everyone here is super nice and they make your subs super fast. I’ve had many Jersey Mikes before but this store and this food was the best I have ever had. A must-stop sandwich shop, bar none! There’s many parking spots and handicapped spaces readily available.

I ordered a sandwich via the app today, and it turns out that I ordered the sandwich at the wrong Jersey Mike's. The manager and employees at the Palm Desert Jersey Mike's were very gracious and were able to make my sandwich for me even though I had ordered it at the wrong Jersey Mike's. They even called the other Jersey Mike's for me. I would highly recommend going to this Jersey Mike's because they are forgiving and have excellent attitudes. I appreciated their kindness. Also, my sandwich was delicious!

We were there to pick up 7 online orders for our baseball team, and unfortunately, someone must have taken one of our orders from the pick-up stand. The staff was very friendly and apologized. The manager stepped in to help during the lunch rush by jumping in the middle, conducting, organizing, and prioritizing. Things can go wrong, but when management and staff make it right, it makes for an overall good experience.

This location is definitely not a "shore" thing and can't be trusted! The Shore points system and their POS system are a joke and not dependable. The Shore points system crashed mid transaction on me 3 weeks ago and wiped out my Shore Points, (I had almost 100 points). I went in tonight and the shore points system and POS was an issue once again and I found out that the previous attempts had actually deducted points for the sandwich I purchased! The team working appologized but said there was nothing they could do and confirmed the system has been an issue since November.... Needless to say, I left without paying and my meal. Too many other places that don't cheat you and that is a SHORE Thing!
This is the first time I've been at this location because I usually go the Dinah Shore location. I have the say the service is exceptional, and I love their sandwiches. Both locations are consistent in the quality of service and quality of their sandwiches. I've probably been to Jersey Mikes now about 7 times and i have not been disappointed. The associates greet you as you come in the door and check in with you on how your day is going. Now that's an experience that you don't get everywhere. I won't be going back to any other chain based sandwich restaurants. Keep up the good work Jersey Mikes.

I'm not usually a huge fan of JM. I stopped and was greeted with a friendly hello! Place was so nice and clean, which is always nice to see! Collin made my sandwich and his customer service was top notch! My sandwich was amazing! It's made me think twice about stopping on a regular basis! Delish! Thanks Collin!

I always use Jersey Mikes for subs. Not new to the routine. I know this is a fairly new one and closer to me. So I went it was terrible there was a line. No problem always a line but we they ask me if I knew what I wanted. Yea a #13. What bread Wheat. Normally they finish the one and the start mine.They made 2 of the regulars I didn’t realize one was mine. They finished the first and ask me what I wanted in it. Line getting longer so I told them. What a mess of a sandwich. ( when I got home it was t cut through the bottom everything needed to be put back together the top want lined up with the top and meat so the bottom was about 1 1/2 inch long. The sad part of this is I wanted 3 giants but after seeing them made I wasn’t going to stand in line again. I went and got everyone pizza for lunch and explained why. Guess I’ll eat it later tonight.
