I stopped by Jimmy John's in Palm Desert for a quick work lunch and was blown away by the quality and service! The lunch wrap I had was freshly made and packed with flavor. Meh. Over $18 for a sandwich combo. It was fast, but the sandwich (#13) itself was pretty unimpressive and basically plain. Left feeling underwhelmed.

I had the pleasure of visiting Jimmy John's in Palm Desert, and I could not have had a better experience. Brian Murphy was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and served up fast. They have excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning to this location, thanks to the great experience! Highly recommend Palm Desert.

Brian ensures the staff is friendly, efficient, and dedicated to getting orders out quickly. Whether I’m dining in, picking up, or getting delivery, the experience is always smooth and enjoyable. If you’re craving great food and outstanding customer service, Jimmy John’s with Brian Murphy at the helm is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Jimmy John’s is amazing. I have a 4 year daughter who loves her some Jimmy John’s. The location at palm desert is awesome. Murphy and his team are always smiling and very warm welcoming. Everything is made fresh from sandwiches to wraps! Thank you Murphy keep up the good work!
