Customer service does not allow for product to be re-delivered but will discount your order.Delivery serviceable shop itself does not pay attention to insure the order is correct before they drive to your home. This location on 111 seems to flip flop allot. Used to be really good than really bad then good not too long ago and now falling apart again. The people are pretty nice now BUT can't make breadsticks to save thier life. Everything is doey and . I don't know if there is something wrong with thier oven or what but it is a shame cause I used to love ceasers pizza

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and crazy bread. What i received and looked at once i got home is a surprume deep dish..which no one in my house will eat ..i am allergic to bell peppers and its covered in it. And i told my son just try it ......it is RAW inside pure DOUGH !!!!! How did i pay 24$ for the WRONG and RAW pizza ...and the crazy bread was RAW as well. How horrible , how unsanitary and how disappoint we are. Dont go here. Dont waste your money

Got charged for individual items even though I asked for the combo. My daughter found a short light brown hair in her pizza (our hair is long and darker brown) I should have been charged $17 dollars ish but I got charged $25 because of the inconvenience. Employees were nice but I wouldn't recommend
Been trying to get pizza from them ? for over two weeks always a fail. Last nigth I came in for a hot and ready . With a smirt and sorry not my problem better luck next time they welcome me in saying it's gonna be atleast 45 minutes while they go back to the back and ignore the other customers . They need improvement big time.

This Little Caesars gets a simple pizza order wrong and I have to wait for them to remake it, only to discover the remade order is also wrong. This has happened 3 out of my last 4 visits. How difficult is it to make a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce?

Workers talk more than they work. You’d expect an order take longer during lunch hour due to high traffic, but no, they are simply hiring the wrong people. Took 20minutes to order and another 30 for the food. Honestly blame myself for waiting but if anything, fix your issues. Consistent problems throughout the Coachella Valley Little Caesar’s stores.

The last two pizzas I orddered were high quality. I order the Extra Most Bestest to enjoy the extra cheese and pepperoni. Most other places are hit and miss, but this location is consistent. I was so inpressed with the last few pizzas I got here that I had to let the manager know. I highly recommend ordering from this Little Caesars.
