Consistently good food and nice, friendly service. We always order edamame and sushi. The salmon skin hand roll is the best!

All the food here is excellent. Rolls are well sized. Nigiri is fresh. Miso soup is the best. Hostess and wait staff are very nice. A great experience every time we go.

Pleasant atmosphere and good ambiance (date night). Quaint little restaurant with mellow music in the background. Food was good while service was exceptional.

Very disappointed with this place. The food was definitely not worth the price — everything felt extremely overpriced, while the quality and taste were very average. The service was disappointing as well. For the amount of money we spent, we expected much more. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant.

We sat at the Sushi bar and the chef was super talented. We loved the Musashi Roll with Salmon on top instead of the spicy crab. See pics for details.

Food was good, and will likely merit a return visit. Service was also good. The dining room was not memorable, as it looks like pretty much any other Japanese restaurant that I have visited. I was disappointed to see that the menu did not include a sushi combination plate (there was a sashimi combination plate). Ordering sushi by the piece gets pricey if you are hungry (which I was), so I ate other things in order to keep the bill within reason.

There is no better sushi anywhere in the desert cities. Every sushi, roll, and sashimi is fresh and delicious and beautifully prepared. Service is attentive. And considering the high quality, the price is very reasonable. We love it here and will continue to return.

We always go to Musashi when we are in the Palm Desert area! The sushi is consistently excellent and the service is top notch! I sure wish it was closer to where we live!

Its an little snug, definitely recommend a reservation, as suggested on website, will be back though

Stella and her team are amazing; we always feel at home and best sushi in the desert for sure.

Absolutely amazing! The sushi and rolls are first class, bar none. I took a friend visiting from back home to dinner who, while familiar with rolls, and had never eaten nigiri. He could not believe how great the food tasted and how flavorful it was. We ordered certain types of rolls he had previously eaten and he said that it was nothing like he had had before. For me, this is my go to spot for sushi in the Valley.
