The items I purchased were great but the customer service was awful. The lady was rude and honestly when I said thank you and have a nice day, she did not respond. Not a great way to start a morning. I already spoke to people about the service I got there because I was upset.

The two girls working the front lacked basic common sense and had terrible customer service. Don’t come here unless you want your time wasted.

We’ve been loyal Nékter customers for quite some time now, since this location opened a few years ago. Lately we have come in almost daily and always order a large drink. Over time, we noticed something: after preparing our drinks, the staff consistently ends up with excess product—extra smoothie or juice that doesn’t fit into the cup. It’s already paid for in the blend. It’s right there. But instead of offering it to us or even asking, they pour water into the blender and dump the perfectly good leftovers down the drain… right in front of us.
We finally asked—kindly—if we could just have the extra, rather than watching it go to waste.
The employee flatly refused. No apology. No effort to meet us halfway. Just filled the blender with water and discarded everything, all while we stood there.
That moment changed how we view this place.
We’ve had truly exceptional culinary experiences—places like Daniel’s Table and Jackalope Ranch—where the service is thoughtful, generous, and personal. That’s what a 5-star experience should feel like.
But what happened at Nékter wasn’t just wasteful, it was cold and disheartening. It showed a lack of hospitality, care, and basic customer appreciation.
For that reason, we’re removing 2 stars from our original review. It’s not fair to true 5-star establishments to let this kind of service go unnoticed. If Nékter wants to stand among the best, it needs to act like it.
Until then, it’s 3 stars from us.

I stood at the register for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment that in there even tho she saw me. Takes 10 minutes to finally take my order. It took 30 minutes for this person to make two shakes ahead of me and another 15 minutes to make mine.

I walked in and the store associate did not acknowledge me after seeing me. She was talking to a coworker in the back. After a few mins of waiting and a few attempts to make eye contact when she looked my way, I had to call back to her and ask to place an order in order to get service. I specifically asked for no celery in my juice and there was definitely celery in my juice. Very disappointing experience.
