fix your google hours and apple maps hours! We were informed by the front desk it was open until 9-10pm and when we arrived at 7pm it was closed. Terrible communication from front desk!!

Very overpriced. Lukewarm when delivered to poolside chairs. $7 for an ice tea, which if has refills I could understand. But at a pool chair is hard to justify. Took 15-20 mins to get. Fairly crowded. Lots of LOUD DJ music, so if you don't like it, I didn't, tough luck. It is blaring and many choices others liked but I couldn't stand. $19-20 chips and guac. $8 fries. $25 burger. $7 coke.

Waiter forgot 1 sandwich. Even though it took 15 to 20 min for the order to come, it took an additional 45min for the missing sandwich. We did get 4 drinks comped. But the kitchen staff definitely didn't prioritize that missing order and the waiter did not followup enough.

Awful service, just awful. Ruins the entire experience. And it's a resort, so if poolside service is this bad, what's the point. Won't be back to this hotel when I'm in the area again.

Cocktail advertised as $15 but bartender charged over $19. Noticed it too late. Saw he did the same with another customer. Is he just giving himself an extra tip each time you order and hopes no one notices? Pure greed?

$17.00 for a "turkey wrap" that had one piece of processed lunch meat stuffed with lettuce. Very disappointing.

Lindsay is the BEST bartender! She did an amazing job serving my friends and I our whole stay. Highly recommend stopping to see her!

I was worried that what I was eating would make me sick... my burger was terribly overcooked (as in burned, hard and cardboard-like) and tasted odd. Housemade chips were old tasting. And how can iced tea taste weird?? I think it either was very old or brewed in a machine that hadn't seen frequent cleaning. Terrible.

Very good smoothies by the pool. Would definitely recommend it.

Once you catch the eye of a server you get great service. We ate at the pool about three times. The arugula mozzerella tomato salad was very good and large enough for two to share. Also the chicken strips were a good size portion. We LOVED the homemade chips that came with many of the lunches.
