I have had better food at other locations. Service was good but the food could have been better

Such a fantastic deal for great seafood. Our waiter Alex was the best! The crab was cooked to perfection. The menu is all new and it stands up to any of the pricey restaurants in the valley. If you want good seafood at a reasonable price you have to go to Red Lobster. You won't be dissapointed.

The service was outstanding. I had ordered a medium rare steak with my meal. The waitress brought the plate out and immediately informed that it may have been overcooked and that they will be bringing out another one perfectly cooked. They did so and everything was fantastic the cheesecake at the end was the perfect ending. 5 out of 5 food and service

The food was delicious as usual. Service today was very slow. It took a long time to receive kid menus, drinks, and food. The server started very slowly and took a long time. Half way through my meal I was greeted by the server more and service started to get better

We went to try the new seafood crab boils. They were delicious but the star of the night was our server I believe her name was Saneka (forgive my memory). Very friendly, patien (one of my children is 2yo). She kept checking on us even though her area was very busy. I always appreciate outstanding service, it is so rare these days, we will be back because of all these things.

Was there this past Saturday, waitress was cold. Mariners boil was pretty good, the asparagus with the crab on top was delicious. My brother ordered that for his side, she charged regular price. Told her it was his bday, no answer . Prices are higher then other red lobsters. Palm desert ca

Had a really pleasant experience the other night celebrating my daughter’s birthday with the girls. The customer service was excellent and the food matched! We took advantage of the daily special, and ordered both seafood boils. Everything was delicious. We left feeling full and satisfied! It is evident the new CEO is making remarkable changes and we are excited to continue supporting a long time family favorite restaurant!

The personnel was wonderful. Friendly, professional, and very attentive. The lobster bisque was delicious. Also tried the clam chowder, which was also good. The salads were generous for being, and all you can eat soup and salad. We'll definitely be back! Told our friends about this great lunch.

Joey’s the best! We had an issue during our dinner and he resolved it like a true expert. The lobster and garlic shrimp were also prepared to perfection. Will definitely be coming back again!

I had made a reservation for a birthday dinner. There was four in our party. We arrived a few minutes early and we're told it would be about 1520 minutes to wait for a booth outside of the bar. When I made the reservation, I told them I wanted to sit in the dining room. There were plenty of tables available in the dining room. Apparently they did not have enough servers. The hostess kept telling us the same thing over and over again quotes “we have two large parties so we can't see you“ all she would've had to do would be to seat us at our table in the dining room and give us some water and menus. It was handled so poorly. We told the waiter we were celebrating a birthday for an 81 year-old. He never remembered we had to ask him for a scoop of ice cream with a candle his reply? Oh sorry about that. I have not been to this restaurant in a few years and only went there because the birthday girl enjoys red lobster. I personally will never be back. with all of the beautiful restaurants we have in the desert that certainly is the last place I would go back. The last time I was there, my mom and I were the only ones in the restaurant in the server was telling us how poorly it is run. He ended up giving us free food because he said nobody even cares that was about a year and a half ago. I honestly thought the place was gonna get closed. It's really awful.

I took my wife to dinner for her Birthday tonight and sad to make this statement…. We had Devon B. As our waiter. Polite but took a long while to even bring us our drinks, when we finally got our drinks he started to walk away had to get his attention to let him know we were ready. (He had made 2 rounds at another table before getting to us.) Other tables were being serviced and checked on more frequently from other staff and himself. He made a few rounds at a farther table but when it came to us, he would glance at us at a distance and walk back in. Towards the end of our meal he serviced better but we were already overall not satisfied not feeling welcomed.
