Red Lobster

Red lobster growing up was a huge treat. Coming here was pure nostalgia. I was enticed by the new mariners seafood boil to come in. Frankly there aren't too many Red lobsters around and so we drove from coastal California to eat here. It's exactly what I remembered. Food quality was good, the crab and lobster tail was solid! Mariner's seafood boil is a success. Service with Manny was solid and spot on. The biscuits I remembered were better (more cheddar and more butter topped) but that's okay considering the $5 Pinot noir was a winner. We will be back the next time we're in town.

I have been to Red Lobster many times and had amazing service. Last night the service was horrible. The restaurant was not busy, so there is no excuse for the poor service!!!

Service was very slow. At least 10 0-15 minutes before water and and other 20 minutes before food came out. Always had to look for servers to get any attention. Stopped Manager 2 or 3 times. The food was bland. Had the salmon that was tasteless. Had not been there for like 15 years and probably will be another 15 before I go again.

I have had better food at other locations. Service was good but the food could have been better

Such a fantastic deal for great seafood. Our waiter Alex was the best! The crab was cooked to perfection. The menu is all new and it stands up to any of the pricey restaurants in the valley. If you want good seafood at a reasonable price you have to go to Red Lobster. You won't be dissapointed.

The service was outstanding. I had ordered a medium rare steak with my meal. The waitress brought the plate out and immediately informed that it may have been overcooked and that they will be bringing out another one perfectly cooked. They did so and everything was fantastic the cheesecake at the end was the perfect ending. 5 out of 5 food and service

The food was delicious as usual. Service today was very slow. It took a long time to receive kid menus, drinks, and food. The server started very slowly and took a long time. Half way through my meal I was greeted by the server more and service started to get better

We went to try the new seafood crab boils. They were delicious but the star of the night was our server I believe her name was Saneka (forgive my memory). Very friendly, patien (one of my children is 2yo). She kept checking on us even though her area was very busy. I always appreciate outstanding service, it is so rare these days, we will be back because of all these things.

Was there this past Saturday, waitress was cold. Mariners boil was pretty good, the asparagus with the crab on top was delicious. My brother ordered that for his side, she charged regular price. Told her it was his bday, no answer . Prices are higher then other red lobsters. Palm desert ca

Crab fest was a delight. Cannot rave enough about the crab boil! Our server Shiela was super sweet, speedy and efficient throughout the meal. Highly recommend this Red Lobster location!!!

You really stepped up with the seafood boil. Great amount of seasoning and for a great price!

Had a really pleasant experience the other night celebrating my daughter’s birthday with the girls. The customer service was excellent and the food matched! We took advantage of the daily special, and ordered both seafood boils. Everything was delicious. We left feeling full and satisfied! It is evident the new CEO is making remarkable changes and we are excited to continue supporting a long time family favorite restaurant!

The personnel was wonderful. Friendly, professional, and very attentive. The lobster bisque was delicious. Also tried the clam chowder, which was also good. The salads were generous for being, and all you can eat soup and salad. We'll definitely be back! Told our friends about this great lunch.
