We visit regularly. We were disappointed with the mushroom appetizer. Too greasy. Pork was good but it has been served better. We'll be back.
Outstanding service. Delicious food. Exceptional GF clam chowder. We also had the burrata, sea bream, and a spectacular Chocolate Sensation for dessert.
Incredible experience! Elena once again made our night! She is the definition of hospitality and attentiveness. The food was also absolutely amazing!!
Great dinner ! The staff and our food server Elena was excellent - very detailed, informative, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wines!
Ariel was a fantastic server, we really enjoyed our meal at the Rockwood Grill. Thank you, Ariel!
We had a fabulous time! Our waitress Elena from Italy was the BEST!! It was my husbands birthday and they treated us like special guests the whole time we were there! Food was fantastic and the ambiance very special as well! Thank you all for a great time!
Maybe it was because it was the holiday. We approached the hostess and she seemed kind of miserable. She couldn't crack a smile all morning. We were seated and we both noticed that the chairs were absolutely filthy. They were pretty gross. The waiter was very pleasant. It took a while to get out food but maybe that was because of the holiday. We'll never know. The wait staff and bussers were working super hard. The food was ok. Nothing special.
We were charged to sit outside $20 and then it was raining, no one could sit outside. Please reimburse the $20 to reserve an outside seat.
Overall the establishment was clean, good ambiance, etc. The service was very good as well. Unfortunately, the food was definitely sub-par. The prices were not outrageous, however were much higher than the quality of food displayed. My wife and I both agreed the food tasted like a Cancun buffet. (if you know what I mean, then you know).
We had Christmas dinner here it was a buffet . The food was great we had a reservation I selected the main restaurant but they tried to put us in a ball room they said open table doesn't show what you select for seating . I refused to pay 129 to sit in a ball room when the main dining room had live music and that's where I selected . Open table is easy but seems to not interface well with restaurants outside of taking your reservation I think there needs to be better alignment and open table doesn't respond well to issues or inquiries unfortunately.

Gorgeous location doesn't offset just average food. Nothing stood out everything was just ok. not spectacular not bad
An exceptional place have Christmas dinner, especially if you have guests in town. From the moment you walk in to the impressive and beautifully decorated Marriott entrance, you know you are in a very special place - but the best is yet to come! The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating, the layout of the buffet just perfect and the dessert room is like being in Candyland! An experience you won't forget!
Wonderful Christmas Day dinner! Our server, Lucy was very welcoming and took extra good care of us. The buffet had everything imaginable and the buffet attendants were so friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding. In a time where service is often lacking, often because of understaffing, Rockwood Grill could not have done it any better.
Elena is a fantastic server and has been taking care of us for years! She is very attentive and kind. The food is always delicious and we love coming for all the holiday brunches.
Third time there for their Xmas Holiday Brunch. Was good enough. But can really see the cut backs compared to previous years - so that made it disappointing. The dessert section was the same - and great - but the entries were lesser. No Turkey and trimming. they went all beef - pork and duck - which was a little weird. Just had much more selections in previous years. It was also weird that they were charging for champagne - which they never used to. It was always bottomless mimosas before. Cheap 5.99 bottles. Felt cheap to take that away for what the per head is for this. Anyway - felt overall a little disappointing. Had felt special the previous times before. Felt very much like a hotel buffet this time.
