It was our first time at this location and we were looking forward to dining there. We sat in the bar area for happy hour, which seemed busy.Food took over 45 min to arrive after ordering; my food came first. My partner's food took 5 minutes longer but wasn't what they ordered. Some of our items were cold and other items missing. Other patrons seemed to get their orders quicker.After waiting for food order and waiting for order to be corrected - quality of meal was not very good.Server sort of apologized and we got comp'd 1 drink - there were 2 of us dining.I would not recommend this restaurant and have no plans to return.

Unfortunately not our best experience at this restaurant. We have eaten here many times and have had great meals. Exceeded our expectations however this visit was very disappointing. They were out of the salad we love to start. Our steak and baked potatoes were fine but the creamed spinach was soup and inedible. So was the second one. Our waiter was very pleasant and apologetic but he lacked a bit of the professionalism that we normally see from the staff.
We had a reservation to eat at 4pm but ended up going to the bar for happy hour and had an outstanding experence. There was a petit filet and shrimp small plate paired with a Napa Cab that was perfect for a light meal. My wife had a filet steak sandwich that was excellent as well. Highly recommend the happy hour.
It was our second year in a row celebrating a special occasion here at our his Ruth's Chris and let me tell you, it was incredible. We always request our favorite server Geraldo Pinto! He is the best. Every time we go there, he goes above and beyond to make sure we have a fantastic experience. From his warm smile to his impeccable service, Geraldo truly knows how to make us feel special. Thank you, Geraldo, for making our special occasions even more special. Server did not check back for drinks. Server did not check after food delivered. Dirty dished not bussed from table after we ate. It was not the true Routh's Chris experience.

Reserved a table for two at 7PM. We arrived a 6:50 and checked in with the hostess. The hostess was very busy but pleasant. She said "happy anniversary" we will seat you shortly. Other couples were being seated that arrived after us but I did not give it much thought. After about 20 minutes of waiting another group that arrived around the same time asked about seating. The hostess asked they had checked in and like us they had, but the hostess did not mark them as checked in. After that I asked the hostess our status and she asked if we had checked in. I said "absolutely as you wished me a "happy anniversary when i checked in with you". She checked her system and we like the pervious group had not. The hostess then checked us in and said we would be seated as soon as possible. Shortly after another couple that had arrived after us was seated. At this point I went to the hostess and cancelled my table. I understand getting busy and missing "clicks" on a automated system, but as we were waiting for 30 minutes right in front of the hostess were we asked a question from the hostess.

For a group of 15 our server was over matched. Very forgetful. Asked for bread for example I was forgotten until our meals were served and had to ask again. Meals forgotten, salads for a couple forgotten. Forgot desert for combo people. Tried hard to make it up with extra deserts, but really did not want them. Food was good as ever though.
