Yet again, Ruth Chris comes through with flying colors! I don't think we've ever had a bad experience at any Ruth Chris we've eaten at across the country. Our server, Melanie, was awesome; she was efficient, friendly, extremely helpful and on top of things! She even managed to have specialty drinks made for us that weren't necessarily on the menu. The food was wonderful as usual, the crabcakes to die for, the sea bass was delectable, even the warm bread...

This is my favorite restaurant. You consistently have the very best steaks. I am very disappointed that you changed your sides. It is abundantly obvious that the quality of the ingredients is waning. Especially the scalloped potato and sweet potatoes. I'm really saddened by this. In my opinion if you're "cheapening" your sides, then the steaks will follow.

Chris (the manager) said this was the best in the chain, and he was correct. Having tried a handful of locations we can confidently say that the quality here was above and beyond. Get a scoop of ice cream for the sweet potato casserole - that's dessert. The apple pie that was not on the menu was also fabulous - great even for breakfast the meat day cold it was that good. Ruth's favorite cut, the NY strip, is my husband's favorite as well and they cooked it to perfection.
