Must be 21 to purchase. 720 mL. JDGJ WINE. Smooth and delicate with pleasant aromas of honeydew, fuji apple, and hints of licorice. Slightly dry with pleasant flavors of honeydew, bartlett pears, cherry, and a touch of almond with a clean, crisp finish.
DASSAI 39 JUNMAI DAIGINJO 300 ml
Must be 21 to purchase. This Daiginjo fits in between Dassai "49" and "23" in terms of milling rates and is both similar and different to its sister brews. The nose is fruity with koji rice, apple, honeydew, and strawberry aromas. A very plush sake that is loaded with fruit basket flavors and has a very wine-like acidity presence with a long finish. Chewy, round, and soft, but bright – go figure! Hints of pear, apple, blueberry and honeydew on a fleshy fluid that is lively and velvety. Wow my family and I loved our experience here. We came hungry and left satisfied. The owners were so welcoming and friendly with us even though we were the last customers of their day. The food was delicious and even our young kids finished all their food. We loved their 2 rolls for $12 deal! We also loved their bento box and teriyaki plates. Food was delicious. Chicken teriyaki combo was tasty, housemade teriyaki sauce was perfect and not too sweet. Owners very friendly, great service. Definitely recommend if you like teriyaki!
