We have been to Sherman's many times, but this time, we were sadly disappointed. My husband ordered a brisket sandwich on sourdough. Went it was served, the bread was not toasted, as requested and it was not sourdough. The meat was in a ball in the center. It was VERY unappealing, my food was fantastic. I do want to mention one other thing the new style, french fries, please get rid of them. Your regular fries were outstanding! We will be back, hopefully, next time, my husband will enjoy his meal!

1st time here while meeting some family that was in town. It was packed upon arrival, but about 25 mins later we were seated outside. While we did encounter a wind storm while seated outside, the service from Lori was PHENOMENAL and she definitely made our visit amazing and memorable! She was totally in her element and had answers to all our questions and concerns. She is an amazing waitress, interactive, fun, a ray of sunshine, FUNNY, great sense of humor and we will be back just to see her. We never had to ask for anything. The food was delicious, on point, and filling.

Dietary restrictions: They make their own in house amazing gluten free bread, much better than all other restaurants and I've had alot of them.

Tried this place while visiting the area- so delicious and seems like it’s always busy! Will definitely come back any time we are in the area, highly recommend!

This…..place….is….AWESOME! Sherman’s Deli makes me want to move back to Palm Springs! Get the cabbage soup and get two desserts….life is too short to not go full on “sample mode” so order and share with the table!

Didn’t take any pictures but my French dip and my gfs Rueben were delicious! Very happy with the whole experience, waitress was super! Very helpful and sweet. She recommended me with French dip, which I ended up loving as it was my first time trying. Pastries were also delicious. They were very helpful with getting us an extra to go order, overall food was great, but the service really pushed it over the edge of fantastic! Love a good breakfast experience that has you feeling great both emotionally and physically. Shoutout to our waitress, can’t remember her name, but blonde lady!

We made a special trip to this location and were totally disappointed. After being seated we watched 5 tables get service before us. First drinks, then they placed their orders and even got their food before we had our drinks served to us! Three of the tables were served by the exact same waitress as ours. Then when we did get our food, as 2 of the 5 had already been changed over to other guests, the waitress placed my order on the table and whisked away. The order was wrong! About 15 minutes later she stopped and asked how everything was, she was informed about the error and fixed the issue. I understand that it can be busy at times and that staff are trying to do the best that they can however I do believe that there is an account of responsibility for service that fails, hence why I am writing this post. Management is ultimately responsible for the issue in regards to my review because they failed to see the issue.

After coming here a few times, I would highly recommend their pastrami, reuben, patty melt, matzo ball soup, and pickles. Also, you can't miss with a pastry for dessert like rugelach and cookies :) great Jewish deli.
I'd recommend here over J's.
