Definitely don't ever recommend this place. The food was lousy. The place was dirty. They run out of food. They didn't have no soup. They didn't have no drink that I ordered. She brings me one like if I was gonna drink it something I did not order. The cook was nice But needs more experience. he cooked the meat at the very end of all the other food very unprofessional served. We had a 830 appointment. They didn't take our order till 9:15 PM on even the drinks. We sat there for 45 minutes with no one attending us. Our table was already full. We were just waiting so if you're going for a celebration, that's definitely not the place to go because you'll be very disappointed at least I was I do wanna mention they did give me a 10% discount for not having certain items on the menu but when I went there, I didn't go for a discount. I went there to have a good time 10% didn't mean anything to me. It just took away from the tip that they got instead of getting $120 tip. I had to leave $25. I should've left a penny and that place is dirty. I'm telling you filthy food on the floor. They don't clean it up and it looks beat down nice from the outside. Beat down on the inside. And the questionnaire on the bottom, it says how was the parking the parking was good because there was hardly anybody there other than that a good restaurant is always full !!!! AND TOP IT OFF THERE DRUMMER LEFT SO NO HAPPY BIRTHDAY 😂😂 THATS HOW OUR DAY ENDED 😂😂

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sushi chef did a wonderful job and made sure everything was delicious and to our liking.

The beef is very delicious, the chef's fire performance is amazing, and the food is highly refined, both the sushi and the chicken wings. I recommend coming here if you come to Palm Desert.

Food is excellent. Service is great. Definitely worth your time if you’re in the mood for some hibachi.

Me and my family didn't have a great experience. Are cooks weren't entertaining at all one of the cooks were rude .. took for ever to get started on the meal process. Mike was great and are drink server she was nice and pleasant as mike was. ..alot of food we ordered they didn't have so they gave us a discount .which was nice . People u have to look out on ur bill because they charge ur a service charge .which ares was like 54 dollars which that means that's the tip why they ask for a tip on receipt is beyond me. We tipped but 20 dollars sense we had a service charge .for service that wasn't so great . ...when u go to these type of places u go for the entertainment. And we didn't get that at all . But I will not be spending my money here anymore we were all dissatisfied..and we had a party of 16 ..

Normally, we sit and watch the chef cook the food in front of us. It's great food and a great show.
This time, we sat at a table and had the food brought to us. Nk show, but TWICE THE AMOUNT OF FOOD!! I highly recommend it if you have already seen the show.

The “chef” poured salt on everything! (and we like salt, but…) We each ordered Lobster and Filet. He did not squeeze lemon on the lobster, just a bunch of salt and pepper. He forgot to lay out the sauce trays. I had to remind him when we were nearly finished eating. I was hoping for a ginger sauce to cut all the salt. The sauce’s were pretty awful. One was a mayonnaise based dip. I’m thinking it was trying to be YUM YUM sauce, but it tasted like 1000 Island Dressing without the Chile sauce. When I am paying 120.00-130.00 dollars for two meals not including cocktails and tip, I expect to have an authentic Japanese Chef. The “Chef” we had was very personable, but he was definitely undertrained to cook teppan style cuisine. PS. One positive-The filet mignon was cooked to perfection.

It was okay. We were disappointed in that this chef added way too much sesame seeds and not enough other flavors. Also I let them know multiple times that it was my sister's birthday and no one even wished her a happy birthday. No fun birthday dinner.

Awesome food and the people here are great. I love how the cooks do all kinds of cool tricks with fire play and throwing the food so the individuals can catch it.

It makes for a really cool place to bring the family including little ones. It's always a blast seeing my little one trying to catch the food with his mouth!

This restaurant was fairly empty when our party of 3 arrived. We were seated immediately and were given glasses of water. The glasses were dirty, something was floating in mine.
The server was made aware & quickly gave us different glasses.
The food was all over the place in terms of preparation, presentation, & taste.
I ordered shrimp & steak but it came to me as rubber bands & jerky.
My daughter had the chicken & shrimp which she pushed away.
My partner ordered the Scallops, shrimp, and calamari. The Scallops were a bit over cooked, the shrimp were ok but the calamari wasn't prepared with the rest of the meal as it was erroneously left off the cooks tray so it was prepared after the meal was completed.
The calamari was HORRIBLE!!!!

We had expected a Benihana type experience with the cook making a onion fire, choo choo train, cutting the shrimp tails flipping them into his hat ot pocket but no such luck.

We were terribly disappointed and will not return.
