My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Palm Desert. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. It was more than I expected. The breakfast was great, you actually had real breakfast items. Not just a continental breakfast. The 5:30 to 7:30 free drinks was awesome! And the dinner was great!

Nothing to write home about - suitable food for a grille in a hotel. The outdoor patio seating is at two levels and the lower level is a long walk to reach.

Ryan and the entire staff was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Despite an incident that happened at the hotel the entire staff was amazing making sure everyone was safe and at peace.

Steak was good I definitely recommend that. I can’t recommend any drinks cuz I just had them beers they got there. Waiter was great and place was cozy. Come through.

Was there a couple weekends ago and the two ladies in the front were rude and didn't really speak good English but the two guys that were there helped us with our breakfast. They were both helpful and very respectful, the food was amazing and fresh! Would recommend 100% recommended to my family

Joey here at Sonoma grill here at embassy suites has the best customer service. He recommended the shrimp scampi and Philly cheesesteak and it was amazingly delicious.

Service was absolutely wonderful,joey was a very nice and welcoming server and we instantly felt good.we came here for happy hour expecting to get a snack and drink but wanted some food and this definitely filled us up with a smile on our face. The chefs signature burger was the best burger I've ever had in my life,The honey mustard was ESPECIALLY mouth watering in the burger. The cheesecake was like eating a piece of heaven. Thanks to the chef for all the food and doing a great job. You guys had such great service, Definitely coming back

We decided to try Happy Hour our day of arrival which was 06/08/22 and asked for a menu to order appetizers. My Husband ordered chicken wings with BBQ and Buffalo sauce and he loved them. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they had a good punch of heat on them also tasty. Saturday we had breakfast and that was a good and bad experience we ordered our omelettes and the lady making them made my husbands different to what he asked and he told her he didn't want spinach he wanted ham let me tell you if looks could harm someone he would of been wounded. She rudely asked if we wanted bacon and gave us the smallest pieces ever I know we are fluffy but really lol. Dinner was good husband ordered cheeseburger and he loved the sauce and how meat was cooked. I ordered ceviche and it was made fresh I asked for no jalapeños or onion but it was basically a ceviche of cucumber a few pieces of jaiva no shrimp no fish all cucumber with big pieces of cilantro that I had to remove because the stems where still on them so it wasn't a good dish for me. Sara gave us great service for our dinner was friendly but Ryan killed it for breakfast he was amazing he went far and beyond to assist my husband and I. He helped me with my oatmeal asked if we needed anything else to drink he was awesome. Kenny made some amazing drinks for us on Friday and was friendly. Saturday was a small hit and miss he was super busy but my drink was good.

Sara for poolside, Joey inside the Sonoma and the older gentleman that works the bar, alllll awesome. They try to get you to do Yelp reviews for half off the cheesecake that sucks lol they don't even need it since the review is really for their service and that alone is awesome. The good majority of it is okay, not great but okay. This place just like the hotel has the potential to be more than what it is. Based on the fact that it's so close to everything and the set up is nice. They had chips, pretzels and dressings but the place was not kept neat. I know they have a lot of hotel guests coming in and out but that represents a lot as well. Some tables were dirty as well. Either than like I said this place like the hotel has tons of potential they just need to be more on top of their game when it comes to cleanliness. And don't sell that cheesecake please lol it's not New York and it's not worth the $8

Relaxing at the sonoma grill at the embassy suites was wonderful. What made our experiencia at the grill was are waiter Joey. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. And I was surprised at my simple order of sliders. Which was tasty and an excellent portion with a nice presentation. The other human as my daughter would say. Liked his meal also. He had crazy cheezy tots I think they were called.
