Evidentially if you don’t order mobile you don’t get your food. I sat there for 15 minutes, watched dozens of mobile orders get their food and walked out before ever getting mine. Customer service sucks.

It wasn't busy, yet it took them over 10m to take our order... The drinks were, as usual, delicious and the staff was friendly but they didn't have a sense of urgency when people were waiting in line to order. I don't mind waiting for my drinks, once ordered, but I hate waiting in lines... :)

This is the best Starbucks near or on El Paseo. The staff is always nice, the store is always clean and the drinks come out pretty fast. Kudos to the staff and store manager. This store is several steps above the store on El Paseo and a step above the store on Monterey at the end of self Paseo. Thank you for being great. It's a relief.

Female about 35yrs old that was counting money was very rude to us. Also our drink was wrong in 2 ways. We will never return here and they made us feel like we were a nuisance! Horrible experience. They need training on how to show respect and be kind to others
