Sullivan's Steakhouse

Fabulous meal. Service was great. Food terrific. Nice menu choices. Would definitely go back.

This was my 3rd year in a row that I and my guest have visited Sullivan's for My Birthday. Our Hostess was very pleasant. Our Server, Moe was terrible. He had no personality. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. As our party asked questions, regarding the menu, it seems like we were a bother to him. We had to ask for Water, Bread and he even forgot what we ordered for dessert. When we asked for more bread, it took him so long that we were finished with our meal before we received the bread. When we asked for a take home container, again a bad attitude, handed us the container did not package the leftovers or even offer us a bag. This was a real disappointment for me as I always brag about how nice Sullivan's is to my friends and family. We drove over an hour and a half for bad customer service. Luckily we won at the Casino which was a lot of fun to end the night. I won't let a bad employee's attitude ruin my past positive experiences at a place My Mom And Dad Would bring us to as a Family.

Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. From hostess Diora to server Raul, excellent attention at each step. Dinner was wonderful, NY steak medium rare, filet medium rare, and signature crab cakes. Wonderful flavors.

Had lunch over Labor Day weekend. Three of us. Slow service. Food was very basic. Salad had far too much dressing, my salmon was overcooked and dry. When I told the server she offered us no options or alternatives. Very disappointed.

Our server Addison was very professional and he has an upbeat attitude. Love the place and will definitely be back again. Food is delicious

Food definitely is not what you would expect for this price range. Went to Eddie V's the night before and there is no comparison. I would not go back to Sullivan's again.

Our group of 8 had such a great experience at Sullivan's where we celebrated a birthday and an anniversary. Addison was our server and he did an amazing job—super attentive and on top of everything. Unfortunately, one of our steaks came out overcooked, but thank goodness within minutes Addison had it replaced with a perfect one. He made the whole evening smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent service!

4 of us for lunch in bar. Service started fine...friendly and attentive. After ordering apps for the table we had to ask for our lunch order to be taken as one of our party could only stay 1 hour due to work. Waited 30+ minutes for the food. Our guest had to be back to work as an hour lapsed and they had to get a to go box as they didn't have time to eat with us. Not busy. We were only table in the bar area until we left. Eat lunch here many times and always consistent with food and service in a very good way. Not sure what happened this time.

Very attractive restaurant, interesting Menu, food was excellent and good service. Though it was a good value and would definitely return

This was our first time eating here for our 15 year Anniversay and I must say we had a great time. From the moment we walked in the hostess was SUPER nice and provided great customer service. Our server I think her name was Letty or Lady she so the best. Provided suggestions which we ended up ordering. She was attentive and also super nice. I never experience a resturant where everything was perfect. The food was SOO good for the price. They made our 15 year anniversary perfect. We drove an hour from Fontana and will be driving back again because everything was pefect.

Not sure what's happened to Sullivans. When we lived in Houston it was really good but for whatever reason they closed. We've been to this location twice and it's just no longer worth it. Average food but above average prices.

Sullivan's was such a great experience for me and my Husband. I was celebrating my birthday and we literally had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The chef was outstanding and even came to our table and provided me with a special birthday dessert.  The food was outstanding, and the drinks were delicious. 

Underwhelming :( Very slow service from the the very beginning! It took over 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged at the hostess desk. After we finally were seated, another 10 minutes before our waiter came :( Our server was very nice but seemed discombobulated. Our steaks and sides were good and prepared correctly! If I went back again, which I doubt, I would be seated in the bar/lounge area instead of the restaurant...seems the service is better there.

Food was good, but way overpriced for mains and side dishes. The prix fix was a good value!

had an amazing date night here, lidia was so sweet!! definitely will be back soon and request her :)
