Sullivan's Steakhouse

This was our first time eating here for our 15 year Anniversay and I must say we had a great time. From the moment we walked in the hostess was SUPER nice and provided great customer service. Our server I think her name was Letty or Lady she so the best. Provided suggestions which we ended up ordering. She was attentive and also super nice. I never experience a resturant where everything was perfect. The food was SOO good for the price. They made our 15 year anniversary perfect. We drove an hour from Fontana and will be driving back again because everything was pefect.

Not sure what's happened to Sullivans. When we lived in Houston it was really good but for whatever reason they closed. We've been to this location twice and it's just no longer worth it. Average food but above average prices.

Sullivan's was such a great experience for me and my Husband. I was celebrating my birthday and we literally had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The chef was outstanding and even came to our table and provided me with a special birthday dessert.  The food was outstanding, and the drinks were delicious. 

Underwhelming :( Very slow service from the the very beginning! It took over 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged at the hostess desk. After we finally were seated, another 10 minutes before our waiter came :( Our server was very nice but seemed discombobulated. Our steaks and sides were good and prepared correctly! If I went back again, which I doubt, I would be seated in the bar/lounge area instead of the restaurant...seems the service is better there.

Food was good, but way overpriced for mains and side dishes. The prix fix was a good value!

Little dated but gave to the era of old school steakhouse. Not sure why they have such strict dress code given it's in a strip mall. Our server was attentive and accommodating. The dynamite roll was lacking flavor but the steak and mashed potatoes were good. They forgot to bring my lobster bisque so I was disappointed, but I was full so it was OK. We got the banana pudding for dessert and it was fine. They did make a really good martini, however. Little pricey, but it's a steakhouse so I understand.

Had to send one of our steaks back tonight for being overcooked but second time was perfect. Great service from Aston!

A wonderful dining experience. The filet was perfection. The wedge salad is the best of all restaurants. Book Sullivans for a special occasion. Enjoy!

Perfect dining experience in the heart of Palm Desert. Attentive service, marvelous cuisine and unforgettable culinary delights. 5 stars in every conceivable fashion.

We had the Chef's special ( with the cheesecake egg rolls, filets, mashed potatoes and crème brûlée) Food was amazing! Great price, perfect portion sizes!

I thought Sullivans was average overall. I ordered a house cut filet and it was on the chewy side. It was plated with nothing else, not even a sprig of greens. The scalloped potatoes were very good. The entryway floors looked grimy and dull, my shoes were sticking. I ordered a cocktail and the glass was worn out and dull. They could do better.

Celebrating Father's Day. Hostess needs to smile and not act put out when guests arrive. Service was very very slow. From the time we arrived, It took a half hour to get our drinks, 1 hour to get our salads and another half hour to get our entrees. I asked for a medium rare steak and it was on the well side and very dry. Not what I expect from Sullivans. I rarely send back food but this time I did and everyone at the table was done with their food by the time the server asked me if I ever got my steak?? I had sides on my plate they took back but did not get the sides on the return plate. Next took 35 minutes to get our dessert. Needless to say I was not happy with our experience. I rarely give reviews but this was definitely worth mentioning. All my other experiences with Sullivans have been outstanding so I am hoping this was just a bad day.

We had a wonderful meal! Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Danica and Jeffrey were wonderful!
