My wrap was trash But I wanted to leave a review on the worker Noah ( I think that was his name ). Okay. First of all. Give this man a raise because 1. He was extremely patient/helpful & 2, he was honest af. I entered the restaurant extremely indecisive, but noah was able to help me decide on a meal. I never knew someone could be so knowledgeable on a sandwich. I honestly don't know why that amazed me but it did. his patience was immaculate! I also really appreciated how he was honest with the menu. I strongly dislike when I ask a worker how something taste & they'll tell you it's good just to shut you up. But nope not noah. He kept it 100% I know I said the wrap was trash. But it wasn't because noah made it wrong or anything. I think it was the tomato and lettuce. It water logged everything. But yeah. Noah made my experience

Never, ever again. Horrible bread, very little meat and Pastrami that was tasteless. What a waste of twenty dollars. Jersey Mike's beats these folks hands down.

My husband and I really live the wraps and sandwiches here. It really is a shame that they customer service is so awful!! The girl in here is consistently so rude!! I feel excited when I get a half way decent person making my food. We mobile order and every single time it's not even started when we arrive. It really is a shame and I hope the owner reads these because I'm quite sure people have stopped coming because of the service.

I thought the point of mobile ordering was so that your order would be ready when you get there..? Not the case with this place. Show up to pick up my order and the girl says she doesn't see the order.. we'll that's because the ticket was still on the printer. Okay no big deal, I'll wait. She acted as if I was doing something wrong by asking for my order. She's the blonde girl in there and is always rude with me and must really hate making sandwiches because she always messes up my order and you almost have to beg for your stuff. Anyway a guy comes out of the back and she tells him to make my order. He does and when I get to the car I check the bag to make sure everything was good. Well of course I'm missing one of my kids meals so I go back in and tell him and he very matter of fact like says - no it's in there..I told him it was two kids meals and he says - are you sure? I'm pretty sure I know what I ordered dude. Are you sure you know what you're doing? Do you even bother to double check an order before you give it to your customers?? We love Togo's food but they really need to change things up with their staff. Won't be going back to this place any time soon.

Typical Togos location I call ahead your order if you could because it does get a little busy there. They keep a minimal staff so if there is a food rush it tends to get backed up.
