Wildest Restaurant & Bar

We celebrated Thanksgiving with Wildest, and we're so glad we did. Service is always five star. Jane the manager runs a smooth operation. We can always count on superior service, and excellent food, but sometimes on Holidays, the staff is overwhelmed, and the food loses a step. Not so with Wildest. This was the best Thanksgiving food I have had in years.

Tried out new items on the menu - the uni pasta and the quail. Very delicious with a nice French Chablis!

One of the best meals we've had in the greater Palm Springs area. Every dish was unique, beautifully presented, and beyond delicious. Special shout-out to the small plates; the harissa-lime cauliflower & squash blossoms were incredible. The only (very slight) downside is the ambience. The decor is kind of hotel-lobby generic, without much character; and because of all the hard surfaces, the noise level was quite high. If the restaurant had been full, it would have been unpleasant. But the exceptional food and super friendly service more than compensated. We will definitely be back.

One of the best meals and evenings with friends. The food is nexr level good. A number of vegetarian food that were so well cooked and flavorful. In addition to beautiful presentation. Even the dishes were beautiful. Dinner with friends where we shared a fun experience and atmosphere where we could have a nice conversation.

We had a wonderful experience at Wildest in Palm Desert. The food was outstanding - healthy, flavorful, creative and beautifully presented. Wild fish, pasture raised meat, and organic, farm fresh produce are hard to find in upscale restaurants and Wildest sets the bar high! Thank you for a lovely birthday celebration for my husband, we will be back!!

The venison chops which are being added to menu were cooked perfectly and were delicious. One of the best tuna tartare presentations anywhere.

Thank you to the Wildest for a wonderful evening. The food was fantastic and the service was off the charts. From the minute, we stepped foot in the restaurant we were treated like the only ones in the room (and we were most definitely not!). The live music was unexpected and very enjoyable. Farouk went above and beyond, beginning with our wine selection, continuing the conversation throughout our meal and suggesting additional pairings. Throughout the course of our meal, we watched each group pause to thank Farouk for a wonderful time. The chef even popped out to check in on our experience. This is far more than we expected from a quick little stop in Palm Desert! I could definitely go on, but instead, I will just say book this now!! The team at the Wildest will not disappoint! 

This restaurant and bar is wonderful- great and amazing food prepared by Chef Trilby - and the service is terrific, atmosphere delightful - a hidden gem and one to check out for sure.

We have been to Wildest several times and brought our good friends there for the first time to celebrate their birthdays. They said it was one of the best restaurant experiences they had ever had! Your sommelier went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and since our friend is a wine maker they had a great time discussing various wines and wine countries. What a wonderful night we had! Our vegetarian friend really enjoyed the meatless options and we all really enjoyed everything we ordered. Thank you for making a special night extra special and absolutely fabulous.

We had a 50/50 experience at this restaurant. The fish taco appetizer was really yummy, but very small. My husband ordered the fish of the day, and it was excellent. I ordered the salmon, and I had to send it back. We shared a caesar salad, which was ok.

Fantastic gluten free/vegan offerings. We had the scallop-like mushrooms (great glaze) and the vegan pea ravioli (great sauce. Service was friendly and attentive -her recommendations were spot on. Will definitely be back.

The service is always great. Thank you Jane! We sat in the wine room which is private and quiet. Most of us had venison which was cooked perfectly and deliciously tender.

We had a wonderful time! We were dining with two small children and our server Jane was amazing! She went out of her way to help with the kids and make sure they had everything to eat, even walking around with the baby!! She was over the top helpful and we will definitely be back!

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Service was A++. Sage and Farouk (manager and sommelier) were amazingly attentive and perfect in every way. From the moment we walked in to celebrate our anniversary dinner, the bartender greeted us and we were immediately welcomed and led to our table. No standing there, waiting to get someone's attention. Sage was very knowledgeable about the menu, offered suggestions and was just top notch. Farouk offered samples of different wines and gave us ideas of how the samples could compliment our four course meal items. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and together, these two, coupled with the DELICIOUS food for my vegan and my husband's omni diet, made for an unforgettable night. Highly, highly recommended.

We are from out of town. After viewing the reviews, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The bartender was engaging, the craft Cocktails were excellent. We were seated and chose the specials, Venison and quail. Excellent choices in taste, amount and delivery. Wonderful experience.
