What is wrong with people and proper customer service????? I order a ten piece wing and a side of carrots it comes up to $20 so I say damn well how much was an actual combo she then tells me cheaper than my wings and carrots. Already I’m thinking well why would you not offer that to your customer instead DUHHHHH!!!! That would’ve made for great customer service. So I say ok then cancel that and charge me for a combo. She gets irritated and confused and calls someone on her cell phone speaking in Spanish and concluded the call and hands me back ten cents and a drink cup. I say awesome now I get a drink! I guess that made someone irritated because next thing you know I recieve my order and I’m given a bite size amount of 5 half carrot sticks! Like never in womgstop history have I ever received that minimal amount of carrots and certainly not half pieces! So I take them back ask for full carrot sticks, a guy says we only give 5 carrot sticks per order I say cool even if that were true it’s not 5 half carrot sticks! How am I being punished because I wanted to recieve the most for my buck???? Stop hiring these people for food places they don’t have an ounce of professionalism or good customer service or common sense in their blood! So annoying this wingstop always has issues! This is the only time I addressed it. Then for the guy to literally keep going back and forth with me while a whole line of corners walks in behind me is mind boggling to me! Like sir just hand me while carrot sticks and stop arguing with the customer who was definitely right in this situation!!!!!

I didn’t expect much from a wing stop, but I certainly didn’t expect to wait 30 minutes for fast food only to get the overcooked wings and over salted fries. .

Four tables one is dirty nowhere to sit and the boneless wings are so small and are mostly breading, I forgot why I don’t come here , the food is a rip off

First we weren't acknowledged the person kept cleaning the table then didn't even look up just asked if we were ordering or picking up but kept "sweeping" and said I'll be with you in a minute. We had to ask again if someone would take our order she looked so sad. Isn't $17/hr enough to at least smile?

So there was one guy working, he was awesome. He was handling online and all thr walk ins. It was pretty busy! Yet we still had fresh food and it was amazing! Gave the guy a tip. Great job young man!

The wings are fresh, in any case better and less dry than at its illustrious competitor BWW! As for the fries, too much cheese on them ends up becoming cloying...more focused on takeaway than on-site dining...
Simple and minimalist decor, we are there to eat Wings, too bad the accompanying sauces are always a little sweet.
In any case better than the main competitor which offers Wings, which is completely adrift.

Two separate occasions and the same AWFUL experience. Staff demonstrates lack of proper training. The management of orders taken, whether online or in person, shows this lack in the worst form. Staff LITERALLY moves with no sense of urgency, showing no interest in genuinely doing their jobs to the best of ability. A LOT of standing around while waiting for one Staff Member to do it all. Considering how well California Food Workers get paid NOW, this is ridiculous.
Waited 20 minutes after placing the order as usual and then had to wait over 25 more minutes when I got to the store because it wasn't ready. Staff was kind though.
