Ordered wings a couple nights ago for delivery and when my ordered arrived the fries were soggy even though i asked for well done, they also forgot all my ranch which was about $6 worth and to top it off some of the wings didn’t even have sauce on them, literally plain. Worst Wingstop experience ever.

Drink machine was uncarbonated had no ice and the drinks were warm then I got my food chicken was good but the fries were terrible mostly skins and they weren't cooked all the way So I had then remake them 45 minutes later ive got my fries just about the same as the last one but at least most of these were cooked This store in particular has almost always disappointed me I don't recommend it

What is wrong with people and proper customer service????? I order a ten piece wing and a side of carrots it comes up to $20 so I say damn well how much was an actual combo she then tells me cheaper than my wings and carrots. Already I’m thinking well why would you not offer that to your customer instead DUHHHHH!!!! That would’ve made for great customer service. So I say ok then cancel that and charge me for a combo. She gets irritated and confused and calls someone on her cell phone speaking in Spanish and concluded the call and hands me back ten cents and a drink cup. I say awesome now I get a drink! I guess that made someone irritated because next thing you know I recieve my order and I’m given a bite size amount of 5 half carrot sticks! Like never in womgstop history have I ever received that minimal amount of carrots and certainly not half pieces! So I take them back ask for full carrot sticks, a guy says we only give 5 carrot sticks per order I say cool even if that were true it’s not 5 half carrot sticks! How am I being punished because I wanted to recieve the most for my buck???? Stop hiring these people for food places they don’t have an ounce of professionalism or good customer service or common sense in their blood! So annoying this wingstop always has issues! This is the only time I addressed it. Then for the guy to literally keep going back and forth with me while a whole line of corners walks in behind me is mind boggling to me! Like sir just hand me while carrot sticks and stop arguing with the customer who was definitely right in this situation!!!!!

Four tables one is dirty nowhere to sit and the boneless wings are so small and are mostly breading, I forgot why I don’t come here , the food is a rip off

First we weren't acknowledged the person kept cleaning the table then didn't even look up just asked if we were ordering or picking up but kept "sweeping" and said I'll be with you in a minute. We had to ask again if someone would take our order she looked so sad. Isn't $17/hr enough to at least smile?

So there was one guy working, he was awesome. He was handling online and all thr walk ins. It was pretty busy! Yet we still had fresh food and it was amazing! Gave the guy a tip. Great job young man!

The wings are fresh, in any case better and less dry than at its illustrious competitor BWW! As for the fries, too much cheese on them ends up becoming cloying...more focused on takeaway than on-site dining... Simple and minimalist decor, we are there to eat Wings, too bad the accompanying sauces are always a little sweet. In any case better than the main competitor which offers Wings, which is completely adrift.
