Waited 20 minutes after placing the order as usual and then had to wait over 25 more minutes when I got to the store because it wasn't ready. Staff was kind though.

This location has a book, with customers names on missing wings. That shows how many customers don't get their wings. This is something an attorney should get involved in a class action lawsuit. I told the store manager that last 2 times on my wing stop orders. I had wings missing and they only replaced 1 this time. With an attitude when I'm the one that should have the attitude as they are not preparing my families dinner right. I'll be cancelling through my credit card for an incomplete service. I'm retired and have all the time in the world to look into business that are purposely steeling from the customer. Do you add the wings up at the end off shift so employees can take them home? Are they compensated in any away to be motivated on cheating so many customers? Once again my wife,7 yr old, and self were short on our meal. Last time 2 and now 1 wing. I was a regular, now I'll just order from Buffalo Wild Wings. I'll also be addressing corporate, as I feel customer service is not important to this franchise owner. I have money, that is not an issue, but I feel I'm owed at this point the same 24 pc family meal. We normally eat about 16 times here a year. Just in the last year it's been about 4 times where wings are missing. That's a high percentage of missing wings. People can you imagine how many people are missing wings but say o well. We can't complain now the food is here. It's just a wing or 4. On large orders? I've never had an In & out wrong at my 44 yrs of age. I expect this from a business that just has to count a very simple math addition, to make sure all my wings are in my order. People don't let this go, complain even if it's just 1 wing. That means your order was not complete and should get a credit card refund or cash back. Don't let this big business get a way with stealing. They made me feel I was trying to get free food, and no I just want what I paid for and not at a later date where I'm forced to come back. Or is that the catch? I'm consulting this with an attorney. You need a wake up call and not steal from customers.

Had chicken sandwich, bun was hard and stale, chicken OK but not great, music inside was very loud, no place to put our trash, had to just leave on table, this was my first and last visit to wingstop.

Don’t eat here!! Picked up an order of boneless wings, they were drenched in grease. I had to get the worker to give me paper towels to soak up the grease. We have been battling food poisoning for 2 days after we ate the food.The staff working here are rude and condescending. I will never eat at another wing stop again. If I could give them a negative number I would do so!!

Walked in and waited in line behind 3 people. When I was up next at the counter the employee just walked away. I literally waited 10 more minutes for a total of 25. Meanwhile the 3 employees went along their business and made me feel like I was invisible. I finally asked them if they could even acknowledge my presence just even let me know I'll be right with you or anything and was finally asked if I was waiting on an order. I replied no I haven't even made my order and then they told me that I should've ordered online like I was supposed to know that. Just sick of the lack of customer service these days.

Ordered in the app, checked in and was told it wasn't ready yet. I sat down in full view of the counter and waited. After about 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked about my order. The same employee I initially checked in with asked my name (again) and said it still wasn't ready. I waited another ten minutes, then returned to the counter and asked again. He asked my name a third time and the pointed to a pass from the kitchen and said it had been ready and they had called my name, dispite my being seated 6 feet away and not hearing it. I took my food home only to find they had not only gotten the order wrong, but I found it near inedible. First and last time at Wingstop for me. Couldn't have been worse service or food..... Zero
