So sad how this place has gone downhill. Used to be one of our favorites for food and service. Will not be returning after these past two visits. Staffing and food quality has changed for the worst. Good luck

Don't go here. Place was open and took reservations, but was not crowded so reservations were not needed. Meals were terrible and service was worse. The fish and chips were super greasy, the cold chicken sandwich was like eating a brick and it had no flavor and the 'beyond burger' was beyond bad. Flies were everywhere in the inside eating area. This is our second bad meal - place has gone downhill in quality, service, ambience and cleanliness.

I frequent this place where food is good, but recently we had a bad experience, we were asked to leave our table before our meal was finished, even though we were still ordering dessert. She said there were more customers waiting, very rude. I had highly recommended the place to my family members so I felt disappointed and embarrassed, we were celebrating my husband's 93 birthday. There are many more options in Palm Springs.

This place was amazing. It's a couple minute drive from the main strip of Palm Springs. The food was so good. The pretzel was huge and the burger and chips were delicious. There's also plenty of seating indoors. We didn't have a reservation and luckily there was no wait.

Unfortunately this place was really disappointing. Our food took over an hour to come out and the service was lacklustre. I noted in my reservation it was my 30th birthday and despite staring closely at my ID it wasnt acknowledged. The steak frites tasted terrible, I don’t even know how you can mess up a steak so bad, but the flavor was weird. Overall really disappointing choice for my birthday.

I was surprised to enter such an Open space. The wooden cathedral ceilings and top to bottom windows make the outside come in. Plenty of outdoor seating too. The food is fresh and delicious. I had the melon cold soup which was refreshing, and a salad with all my favorites of dates, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and arugula. I appreciate healthy choices. There's also plenty of parking.

Went with a group of 7 for lunch and I know it can be hard to accommodate large parties. They did a great job, and sat us promptly even without reservations.I enjoyed my lunch, and I think that everyone else in my group did too. The drinks were also nice.I was most impressed by how everyone that worked there checked on our table and helped each other out with refills, delivering food, being condiments etc. that is something you rarely see and I was here for it.

Overpriced, not that great. Disappointed nobody really enjoyed their meal and we spent a lot of money.

The drinks were really good here! Not sure if we came on a super busy day or it was our group size of 9 people, but the service was slow and food was mediocre at best. Was really hoping to try one of their homemade biscuits, but received it under done and it was not edible. It is a huge open space with lots of seating though!

Took an hour to get our food. Fish and chips came soggy and flavorless. Sent them back and the second time they somehow came in a minute after having to wait so long the first time. The second batch was equally as flavorless, but crispy, and left a soggy bread taste in my mouth. We got a pretzel which was decent but they charge 6$ dollars for a side of cheese dip which makes it an 18$ pretzel

We came in with another family (two four-tops for a total of eight--four adults, four kids) and they were busy but accommodated us right away. The server came up to us and we asked if we could get two checks (one for each family of four). She said no, but she would "split it down the middle" at best. Not helpful, but whatever. We asked if they could accommodate a food allergy. No. We asked if the heaters could be turned on. No. We asked if we could order the pretzel. No. We asked for wings with sauce on side and she said "no, you'll like the sauce" but it was for a 10 year old that wanted a pretzel so I had to force her hand for no sauce. I just don't understand why servers say "no" when they should try to say "yes." End of story it was $300 (our half $150 for an order of wings, bologonaise, shrimp cocktail, a beer and a cosmo) because the server took it upon herself to add a automatic 22 PERCENT gratuity without telling us and she wouldn't even split the check. What is the 22% for? Saying no and not splitting the check? Sorry, but your service wasn't worth 10%, let alone 22%. Tipping more than standard for bad service has just gotten out of control.Dietary restrictions: Not interested in accommodating food allergies

Thank you for squeezing us in for a late lunch. Definitely our best meal in palm springs! The sandwiches were stunning! Great to have vegan options too!

We had the beef stroganoff and Linguini Carbonara. The service was fantastic. We had both dishes served within 10 minutes of seating and were hot and ready to eat. The stroganoff was well portioned with tender beef tenderloin bites, al dente pappardelle noodles and a rich mushroom sherry cream sauce. The Linguini Carbonara contained a excellent blend of peas, mushrooms and pancetta in a white cream wine sauce. The linguini was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only negative was that the pancetta may have been cooked a little too long. Even though I am not sure we could eat anymore, the dinner would have been complete if they had served some bread and dipping oils with the pasta. Great atmosphere and service plus adequate parking. Will definitely visit again.
