A wonderful Central American restaurant with a touch of California dessert charm. Very creative offering that changes with the seasons. Strongly recommend watermelon salad during the summer. Only downside is parking is limited to the street but it is worth the effort.
I celebrated my 32nd birthday here with my best friends and everything was perfect! The food was DELICIOUS and so were our drinks.
Celebrated my anniversary, staff- food-ambiance was perfect. genuinely a great place from the moment you park. Definitely will be coming back.
My fiancé and I had a great time. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly!
We had an AMAZING experience from start to finish. The ambience, the service, the food/drinks were all perfection. Jose in particular was so attentive and fantastic. We can't say enough great things about our evening here!!!
We went to celebrate my sister promotion. There was 4 of us ladies and when we arrived we literally waited 15-20 minutes to get our drinks/cocktails brought to us. Then to get our actual food we waited 45min-1hour for our food. It was cold! I ordered the tenderloin and the mash potatoes on there were so cold it was ridiculous. The price is way too high for the amount of food given. We ordered the yucca fries and there was literally only 5 fries in there. Service was slow; inattentive and one the of cocktails was a vodka tonic that had to be remade because it tasted like coffee!! Please be advised the price and quality is not justified. Plus gratuity was automatically added when it was only a party of 4?? Unheard of.
I loved everything about the restaurant! So cute and the food was amazing quality. Our waiter was also very nice and very accommodating. The only issue I had was I made reservations for rooftop dining and did not receive that. But overall I would come again :)
The rooftop setting was beautiful, the menu was clever and well prepared. The wine list left much to be desired, but the cocktails were excellent. The biggest problem with this restaurant that evening was multiple bridal parties making lots of noise. It was disturbing to the other diners who were trying to have a nice quiet romantic evening.
Amazing food and service, the watermelon, feta, pine nuts, balsamic vinaigrette pearls and mint infused honey was soooo good. Everything including the Azucar Margaritas were tasty!
Overall solid location. Not many vegan items but I made a plate from the sides and it was delicious. Ambiance is cute, but with the addition of more rooftops in Palm Springs- I don't know if the has the best views. Sunset recommended.

I would highly recommend anyone to try their second floor terrace space for any kind of dating or celebrations.
It has an amazing atmosphere and their food quality is the best .
Dinner at Azucar for my husband's birthday was lovely. Good, staff and ambiance was great for a Sunday evening dinner. If you get one of their dishes with pureed purple cauliflower, it is delish, very creamy and light. Only downfall, I had made a reservation for rooftop dining via Open Table but it didn't say that dinner service ends at a certain time for rooftop but open for cocktails. We were seated inside the restaurant which was nice so no harm done. So make reservations earlier in the evening.
My friends and I had high expectations for La Serena Villas Restaurant, especially after making reservations in advance. We were initially excited to dine there, but our experience was disappointing from the start.
When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was fully booked. However, upon going upstairs, we noticed it was quite empty, which was confusing. Fortunately, they made an exception and seated us, but that set the tone for the evening.
We ordered one appetizer and three drinks. Unfortunately, the drinks were not good, and the tuna tartare was not fresh — it looked and tasted off. To make matters worse, most items on the menu were unavailable, which was quite frustrating.
We decided to settle the bill, only to find that the total was over $95 for just three drinks and one appetizer, which we found to be excessively expensive given the quality and service we received. The drinks and appetizer, after a couple of bites, were disappointing.
Overall, our experience did not match the expectations set by the restaurant’s reputation. Unfortunately, it was a letdown, and we likely will not return.
🌟 Azúcar Palm Springs– Beautiful Space & Incredible Service!
Azúcar has a gorgeous outdoor patio and a beautifully designed indoor space that’s both chic and welcoming. The staff was amazing✅️ — super helpful with recommending dishes and explaining the ingredients. We loved the spicy margaritas🌶 and the refreshing appetizer with watermelon🍉, feta, and mint. Everything felt thoughtful and delicious. Highly recommend dining here — and staying at the hotel too if you can!
Thank you from @trippintraveladventures🧡
Favorite rooftop to enjoy drinks and a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommend the margaritas (watermelon and blood orange are my favorite). Also ordered tuna tartare which was delicious. The seasonal salad needed more dressing. The sautéed greens were a little salty.
