We recently ordered catering from Baja Springs for a baby shower and were very impressed. The food was delicious and authentic, and it was a much better value than hiring a taco stand. Ordered no onions!!!! NO CEBOLLA!!!! I really liked this place but today changed all that when the cook was standing up here when i placed my order. This was just spiteful and unprofessional.

Amazing taco shop/market that is a definite hidden gem in Palms Springs! The tacos here are authentic and delicious.There are a variety of mouth watering/delicious meats to try in their tacos/burritos. This shop also doubles as a latino gorcery as well. I’m completely amazed about the quality, freshness, portions and the affordability that this shop can provide. They even have a taco tuesday special for 99 cents, hard to find these days! I’ve tried the chorizo, carnitas, pollo asado and Al pastor. The chorizo and pollo is prepared in house and available to buy in the carniceria. I end up picking up a couple of pounds each to cook up for later. I also love that I can have beer with my tacos while enjoying the view of San Jacinto Mountains in the dining area. I had frequented this establishment multiple times during my stay in Palms springs while working. Every single time, they did not disappoint (dine in or takeout) and had me coming back for more. Thus, I highly recommend coming here! I will be back at this establishment whenever I am in the Coachella valley area or passing by on the 10fwy!

Love this place! They have the BEST TACOS / FOOD. They recently catered a birthday party for 60 people and everyone loved the food and kept saying how delicious it was. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Really lousy experience from beginning to end. First, couldn't get anyone to take our order, then the order gets taken incorrectly, then can't get it corrected due to language limitations, then wait a good 15 minutes for absolute trash food. The nachos are literally what you might get at a movie theater or carnival. To make matters even worse, half my order was missing from the take out bag. There were tons of workers, but none of them could comprehend 2 chicken tacos, 2 shrimp tacos, and nachos. I came home, and needed to make a sandwich for dinner because I didn't get the food I ordered. Total waste of money. I hate to bash a local business, but this was a joke! The picture of the nachos tells the story...

This is really the best Mexican food in Palm Springs. I haven’t tried everything here and my go-to are the fish tacos which are delicious. I’m also a fan of the burritos, especially the shrimp with jalapenos inside. The salsa tastes freshly made. The meat case is good; I’ve purchased the seasoned chicken and asada for the home bbq. I’ve not yet arrived early enough on Saturday in order to try the menudo… I highly recommend Baja Springs.Update-I finally tried the menudo and yummmm! Seems like with new owners, the food got better.

Love this place. (I am posting this recent signage of business hours for everyone because well.. one day after a very fun Sunday funday…let’s just say we were SALIVATING for a delicious tacos de birria + yummy shrimp tacos ——only to drive there and be extremely gagged that it was closed for the night! So my gift to you xx)
