Protein bowl is the steez!
$99c Taco Tuesday is great!
Best place for eating real mexican food in the desert! Affordable prices, nice environment, excellent service and bomb food!! Love this place ❤
This place is straight fire.
Was a little hesitant at first because of the location but was super surprised. We showed up right before closing too.
We got the ceviche which was very fresh and the birria trio tacos. Both were undeniable.
These chefs really be chef’n. Hidden gem for sure.
Black people this store ain't for us. I just left that restaurant/conveinance store/butchershop
Fast, Friendly, Inexpensive, nice size Portions, great food:)
$15 for a shredded beef burrito is quite over price.
We recently had the pleasure of ordering from Baja Springs for a dinner party of 18 people, and we can’t say enough about the incredible food and service we received. From the moment we placed the order, The owner and his staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every dish was tailored to our preferences.
When we picked up our order and item was neatly packaged, and the portions were generous—perfect for our dinner party! The price was very reasonable and our guests were sure we paid much more than we did.
Each dish was prepared perfectly with delicious authentic flavors. What truly stood out was the customer service and the attention to detail in every dish. The owner even contacted us the next day to make sure we were happy with our order and all our guests enjoyed their food. Our guests were talking about the food for days.
If you’re considering Mexican food for takeout or dining in, Baja Springs is the place to go. They effortlessly blend authenticity, flavor, and amazing customer service, making it a true gem in the community. Whether you’re feeding a large group or just indulging in a meal for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
Can’t go wrong with the $1 tacos
Tortillas were dry. Meat and salsas lacked flavor.

Great food. Great service. Stop reading this and go there. You will not regret this
A trip to Palm Springs is not complete until I pickup birria and fish tacos from Baja Springs. Thank you for being a consistent and delicious meal year after year!
The food is awesome. My favorite hole in the wall for an Al Pastor burrito or tacos
I’ve been going to Baja Springs for years, and it’s always a great experience. The restaurant staff is wonderful—many of them have been there for years, which says a lot. My go-to favorite is the carne asada burrito, especially when paired with their freshly made habanero salsa. It’s classic SoCal Mexican food with amazing flavor.

Baja Springs
We recently ordered catering from Baja Springs for a baby shower and were very impressed. The food was delicious and authentic, and it was a much better value than hiring a taco stand. Everything arrived hot and fresh, and our guests raved about the quality. We enjoyed it so much that we went back to the restaurant a few days later, and the food was just as good. I highly recommend Baja Springs for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Mexican food.
