I went with 5 other friend to celebrate a birthday. We all got the brunch, but we each had something different. All of our choices were delicious with a lovely presentation. The staff was great, and the timing of our lunch was perfect. We ate on the patio, so some of the noise was from people passing by. Jeannine MacLeod
I try to eat at Lulu's every time I visit Palm Springs. The food is always fabulous. Fun atmosphere, great service and a good value.
Gilly is the BEST server!! I believe his name was Gilbert, and I hope he has a wonderful time in Mexico! Awesome service, really personable guy, cannot express just how awesome he was! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
Great ambience great food great service We had a wheelchair and they were very accommodating
Always love this place and it's a staple and a gem to have in your travel book memories! Get quinoa squash! It's amazing
Amazing service, so friendly and accommodating. Our group got larger than our original reservation but they just pulled up another table and chairs. The food was the best I've had in Palm Springs. I had the lemon pepper chicken and it was perfect!
Great food and excellent service! I enjoyed the acorn squash w/quinoa and my bestie had the chicken quesadilla. Grateful to find a vegan option here in the desert! THANK YOU!
Prix Fixe Brunch on the patio was as good as always. Servers were a bit overwhelmed initially with many tables being seated at the same on a busy Pride Parade Sunday morning, but once our waiter got to our table the service was outstanding from all the team servers and we never had to wait for refills or courses to our table. Even our Yorkie in his doggy stroller enjoyed his visit.
The food was just okay and the service was weird. We watched everyone around us get their food, eat and leave while we just waited. Our waiter took a break before our food came but we never saw the person who was “filling in”. We were finally told a manager would check on our food but a manager never came over. The atmosphere is very fun but the rest was disappointing and we wasted time we wanted to use exploring. 2.5 hours for brunch where we didn't order alcohol is just too long.
We ordered an appetizer and waited 30 minutes before we were told it was sold out, nothing was offered? Disappointing

The food was terrible. Like college cafeteria fare. Ambience is nice and our server was very good. If you want good food, I would suggest somewhere else.
Ramone was the server for our party of 10. The ambiance was lively yet not too overwhelming. The food was fresh and flavorful with a great mix of options. The drinks were crafted well and the overall service was inviting and intentional. Ramone learned that we are opening a new duty free retail store (Coachella Duty Free) inside of Palm Springs International Airport within the next month. He offered good tidings and well wishes to our business and new employees who were in attendance. It was an unexpected, yet welcomed introduction to our residency here in PSP. Ramone really created a WOW moment for us.
With friends...perfect...food (avocado/tuna tower!!) superb...service as one would want...will continue to enjoy for many MORE years...
Went for brunch ... Service was shotty and my server was not a good person for customer service.
We're visiting Palm Springs and decided to try Lulu — and wow, what an incredible experience! The atmosphere is fun, vibrant, and full of energy — the perfect Palm Springs vibe. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu has something for everyone, and the drinks were just as impressive. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Whether you're here for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Lulu is an absolute must-visit. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip!
