Came to Chicken Ranch for a nice family lunch was lucky enough have received Osvaldo as a server. He went above & beyond his job to explain the menu, as well as making sure dietary restrictions were accommodated. We absolutely love the atmosphere & service. We hope to be back soon.

I visited Chicken Ranch last year during Palm Springs Pride, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot for a meal! As someone visiting from out of state, I felt instantly welcomed by the friendly staff and the vibrant, laid-back atmosphere. The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful—hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The sides were fresh and delicious, and you can really tell they care about quality.
Even with the festival crowds, the service was quick and attentive. It was the perfect place to unwind, grab a cold drink, and soak in the Palm Springs vibes. I'm coming back this year and will definitely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a fun, inclusive spot to celebrate!

Staff and atmosphere are a solid 5-stars. Comments in other reviews about inconsistent portion size rang true for me and my friends on this visit. We all ordered the same thing and they each had 1/2 a chicken on their sandwich. Mine was barely a tender. Fries were soggy and appeared microwaved but they quickly fixed that. Sadly, nothing could be done for my sandwich and I just called it a missed experience.
My advice … skip the fried chicken cause it’s super greasy and get something else.

Met at the chicken ranch for a friend's birthday lunch. We each had salad. I had the beets and goat cheese salad, my partner had kale and quinoa salad and the birthday boy had the BBQ chicken salad. All were very yum!
Will do again soon.

I have only one complaint, and that is my wife and I came here at 7:40 on a Friday (hours say open until 8:00), and were told we were too late to sit and eat and only takeout available. What a bummer!
However, came back the next day and the food was AWESOME. I got the BBQ salad with crispy chicken, and I will think about that salad for a long time. It was fantastic.
Highly recommend, just don’t come close to closing

Always have good food here! I get kinda annoyed at the lack of consistency in size — sometimes you have half a chicken in the sandwich and fills you up for the day other times it’s half a bite of chicken. Great atmosphere with lots of flavor

Had a great fried chicken sandwich. Shared it with my wife and it was plenty. Nice little side salad came with it. Have eaten here a couple times over the years and always enjoyed it. Nice patio seating with plenty of shade and the misters made the 95° weather feel very comfortable. Great service by Gonzalo H. Very friendly and prompt.
I ordered take out saturday night, the meal and staff were great.
I ordered take out sunday night (06/01/2025 @ 5:42pm), 180 turn. Staff were rude; the salad was sad, nothing like saturday's experience. The sunday crew does not appear to be contributing to business growth, good luck with them. I won't be back.
Love this place ! My only complaint is that the coleslaw yuck ! Sorry needs work

Excellent food, service and basic but clean atmosphere. Pricey but worth it with the quality of the food.
Nice ambiance. Good food but too heavy. Even the salads have too much dressing on them. Overall 3.5.
By far my favorite in town. Always consistent quality is unmatched.
I’ve been taking out of town guests since they opened. Never disappoints.
Enjoyed this place chicken was awesome. Great service. The guys were very service orientated, making sure you were ok. I'd go back.
Good, relatively simple (but definitely not bad) restaurant with various chicken dishes, which is no surprise given the name :-). Prices are close to the limit, but probably rather cheap for Palm Springs. Key Lime Pie $15 - per slice, not for the whole pie :-). But I haven't tried it, so unfortunately I can't judge it. Very friendly staff. Can definitely recommend the restaurant.
