Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse

I chose this restaurant because it appeared on social media as a good place. But when I entered I thought that everything would be nice and nice and it wasn't, my husband ordered a beer and inside the drink came a piece of plastic, the waitress was not pleasant at all and as I repeat she is celebrating my birthday ? the manager was super nice we already had After being there for a long time, they couldn't serve the meat and that's when the manager approached and from that moment on the good service began, and the waitress almost never asked if we needed anything else. Then it was time for dessert and what a surprise, starting to eat, my friend's husband pulled a hair out of his mouth that came in a chocolate dessert ?‍? in a matter of about 40 minutes two unpleasant things and again the manager approached and With great sadness she apologized to us, she was very professional. But the truth is I never imagined that a restaurant that I wanted to enjoy collapsed.

Came here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, the staff is amazing, super friendly and attentive, little disappointed on the way is sold, $50 for the salad and cold meats table and $70 with all the cuts, about the meat variety, poor, served more picanha and chicken, sausage and ribs. Didn’t get all 15 meats on the menu, not a good place for desserts I reckon. The lava cake was bland and microwaved. Vanilla ice cream neither. But on the other hand the staff was outstanding!!

We had such an awesome experience. Our waiter Armando was outstanding. He was amazing. So highly recommend going here for dinner. Thanks for the awesome meal, and great time! The food is amazing as well, we ate till we could hardly move.

Very disappointed of this place. It was our first time and we started bad, it took a while to the first person served the meat, they skip our table multiple times. My friend found a piece of plastic floating in his beer. But the main issue was when we ordered a dessert and my husband found a hair on it. Disgusting and unacceptable. Never, never we are going back. The manager resolved the situation regarding our bill, but we’ll never come back there.

Terrible customer service. I had a reservation for 7 and arrived early at 6. I was told that I can’t be seated until 7 because there are multiple reservations. I checked open table and there were plenty of reservations so I made one in my wife’s name for 615. Once I explained this to the very rude hostess, she responded with attitude saying fine we can seat you in 10 minutes. Please explain how this makes sense and why someone who has arrived early shouldn’t be able to check in for a table.

Your food sucked btw. Fogo and Texas de Brazil are way better.

It is such a nice place to go and celebrate ? a birthday or a date or special occasion. Their customer service is on point. The salad bar is full of variety sides. (To bad, the black beans have pork) -I hope they fix that - other than that. Every is great!

We had a wonderful experience at Churrasco Steakhouse in Palm Springs. This is a fairly new restaurant near Downtown Palm Springs, California.

The food was delicious, and they offer 17 different cuts of meat, and all the meats are rotisserie grilled and sliced at your table.They offer beef, pork, lamb, And chicken. All the meats had great flavors and were very tender. They also offered a gourmet fresh market table buffet, which includes 50 different side dishes like salads, mushroom risotto, deli meats, and cheeses.

The service was excellent and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. In fact all the staff members were great including what they call "The Gauchos". These are the staff members who bring out the meat and sliced it for you at your table.

The restaurant is spacious with numerous seating and it was beautifully decorated. They also offer a bar area and outdoor seating.

Overall, this was a fantastic and unique experience at this restaurant. The food, the service, and the ambiance were all great, and we will definitely return when we visit Palm Springs, California, again.

I have been to 13 of these Brazilian steak houses counting this one. Of all the ones I’ve been to this one has been hands down the best one I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. The food was delicious and always had the meat the way I like it. The service was phenomenal, always being serviced when I needed assistance without pause. Our server was Robert and did a terrific job and sealed the deal on my experience being the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. It is a place me and my wife plan on returning too very soon.

Went here tonight for the first time with a group. None of us knew what to expect. Wow! What an amazing experience! Truly spectacular. The staff was unbelievable and the food outstanding. Very reasonably priced as well! Thank you to all for a wonderful evening.

I dined here for my birthday and it was truly a most memorable meal and experience. We went early and had a leisurely unrushed meal. Our server was very attentive. Once we were seated we had water and iced tea. Then we went to look at the salad and sides buffet. If you haven't been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, you don't want to fill us on salad/sides! We had a little taste of many items and they were all very good. In all honesty, I came for the meat!

Since I eat chicken ALL THE TIME at home, I decided to pass on it at the restaurant. If you are not seeing what you'd like, simply ask them to bring it... like they did when we requested the lamb chops. We had a different cut of lamb that was delicious. The filet mignon was wonderful. I also had a garlic beef that was yummy. Pork tenderloin was super tender and hot. Every kind of meat I had was cooked perfectly (although I prefer my beef rare) but medium rare is fine.

The creme brulee dessert was outstanding with just the right amount of crunch in the sugar. BTW, we had some little roll basket at the beginning of dinner. I think I could have eaten them all but limited myself to one.

I had a glass of Cabernet from their list and it was perfect. I should have probably had a cocktail since the bar looked fantastic.

As another diner mentioned, the cost is $70 for the meal. Dessert, drinks and tip are not included. I think it's a steal for meat lovers like me! I'm going to come back whenever I visit Palm Springs.
