The best breakfast potatoes I have ever eaten, and I am not exaggerating. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our server Jeff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is stylish but comfortable. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in Palm Springs again.

Delish chilaquiles (add chorizo)! Beautiful and tasty Lox board. Mimosa flight was better than getting two...peach was a hit! Friendly attentive service and parking. Great brunch!

I stopped in for brunch on a mid-morning Saturday and outdoor seating was full but we were seated inside very quickly. The restaurant is spacious and airy. I had an iced coffee which was very tasty although a bit on the small side serving wise. I had the goat cheese salad which was absolutely delicious! I loved the panko fried goat cheese. It was so unique and went well with the beets and little dried figs. Parking can be a little difficult especially on a busy weekend but we were able to park in a lot about a block away and walked over. The servers and other staff were friendly and the price point was in line with most other Palm Springs brunch spots.

Decent flavor, quick easy seating, parking is a challenge.

The wide & I found this place watching some YouTubers recommending this place for breakfast.

A fancier type of menu rather than just the old traditional breakfast.

I had the chilaquiles, the flavor was great, they put so much sauce in a bowl, it made the chips mushy, I tend to enjoy the crunch of the chips in my chilaquiles. I had a side a bacon, and sausage, they were both so-so. The bacon was very thin, the sausage was just okay flavor wise.

The wife had a goat cheese salad, she enjoyed hers.

The staff was friendly, food cane pretty quickly.

Great dining experience in a historic part of downtown Palm Springs. Service was excellent and the menu featured great options for those of us who don't eat meat or chicken. Thank you

Such an amazing brunch. Rubin was 4/4 on ever suggested item on the menu -he even brought me a taste of the labneh (which IMO was the best i ever had) even though i wasn’t ordering the labneh salad.. just was curious on the pistachio/honey labneh. The chicken sandwich was perfection (bring an appetite for this one-add fruit not fries). The huevos rancheros were solid and predictably amazing. Drinks/attention to service and indulging me in all my hangry questions made for a purely enjoyable experience. Seamless and easy AND delicious are the only things one should have in a weekend brunch. As NYers we have high expectations on food and Geand Central delivered in all aspects! Thank you thank you can’t wait till next year we’ll be back-Rubins table only!!!!!

This is a must go. We stopped in for a quick wine, which turned into two. Enjoyed a talk with the wait staff, and he brought us a complimentary appetizer. Despite not being hungry, we finished it. It was awesome!

I highly recommend this as a stop, if not only for a cocktail.
