This is a pop-up, so check ahead to see if they are open. Hard to find, it was located in a bar in building on the corner. Food was beautifully presented and very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The shrimp and avocado dish that everyone else on Google has recommended had a nice slightly spicy and quite tart sauce. I would order it again. The blood orange flan dessert was really, really good.

Get the aguachiles and flan. Trust the bar staff to point you toward cocktail pairings that match your taste buds and the food. Supurb meal. Only regret is living too far away to come back for more.
I got to sit and watch the folks making the food and they were bringing their A-game focus to every single dish.
Literally get everything on the menu, you won’t regret it

Phenomenally good. The Aguachile is insane. I would travel back here to have it again, incredibly flavorful.

We hired the Hoja Blanca team for a private dinner for 11 people in February 2025, and the meal was absolutely extraordinary. They were incredibly professional, punctual, kind and the food was delicious. Every course was phenomenal. They were easy to communicate with and the price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Hoja Blanca for a private dinner or stopping by their pop ups. Hands down the best food we ate in Palm Springs, and they delivered an unforgettable experience for our group.

We got here on our second attempt! Beware that you have to get to Truss and Twine early - like before 7pm - to get the Hoja Blanca food. We got there at 6:45pm and the flan was unfortunately sold out before we could get to it!
However, we loved the shrimp aguachile and guacamole. Cocktails from the Truss and Twine bar staff were great too!

The room was nice. Four rooms to a building. Our phone didn't work but everyone has a cell phone these days. We went online for room service, and delivery was fine, but they did not pick up the dishes until the next day. The gounds and location are fantastic; very beautiful. Parking is not the greatest, but we managed.

This banquet was beautiful. The staff are super polite. Despite the only thing it was extremely hot , but they had air conditioning inside.

As a guest who came seeking a quiet and relaxing evening, I was profoundly disappointed.
Upon arrival, I requested a quiet area, yet I was allocated a room next to children. Despite our request to be moved, we were relocated only to find ourselves surrounded by more children at the pool, complete with their floaties and accompanied by noise and commotion that disrupted any chance of relaxation.
Hoping to salvage some peace and tranquility, we decided to swim the next morning, only to be confronted once again by more children playing with floaties and bumpy into us and squirt guns spraying my face. This experience completely undermined the serene atmosphere I had hoped for during our stay at La Quinta Resort & Club.
I understand that families with children are also guests at the establishment, but I believe that there should be a balance between accommodating families and providing a quiet environment for guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.
I am also a podcaster. I share my journeys and experiences . I went to the resort to record, but I was unable to because of the screaming that my microphone picks up.
I called the office only to hear one excuse after another. Also, reminding me this is a family friendly resort. If you were looking for a resort with lots of Floaties, squirt guns, kids screaming, this place is for you.
I will also be sharing this and other social media platforms, because of the lack of Customer Service and assistance.
So overall, we are extremely disappointed.
We won’t be back.
See their respond below under my review.
While I appreciate the hotel’s apology, it’s disappointing that no efforts were made to resolve the situation. After several months no attempts were made to seek a resolution, all I received was a generic response similar to what other guests have experienced. There were no options or compensation offered for the unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, this lack of action means I will not be returning to this hotel. I do not recommend you spending your hard earned money at this hotel. There are many other hotels in the area with beautiful views, beautiful pools, and excellent service.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights in late-September. This was our first time at this resort. I don't stay in many Hilton's but I would compare this location to a Marriott Vacation Club property.
The valet was busy moving some people out so we parked ourselves and walked up for check-in. The process was smooth. We were informed the pool near our room was under construction but that there were 40 other pools to enjoy. We were informed the construction was only during the day and that they took all measures to reduce inconveniences to guests.
Our room was possibly in the worst location at the resort, at least during this construction. We were on the main exit road and directly in line with the valet so we had headlights constantly hitting our front porch/room and then the sound of cars every time someone made an exit. That mostly affected our stay in the evenings and overnight. During the day we had giant diesel forklifts in front of our villa starting each day by 6:30AM. Not exactly the peaceful, coffee-on-the-porch experience we had hoped for.
The resort was not busy and there appeared to be plenty of rooms available. Why we were chosen to stay in an outdated room in direct proximity to the construction is beyond me. We will find another property next time we are in the area, and I certainly won't be recommending it to any of our conference facilitators.
Photo is a 630AM view of the beautiful sunrise and the giant forklift driving through our front yard.

The La Quinta resort, in my opinion, is one of the best resorts in southern California. The grounds are spectacular, the whole place, restaurant staff, etc, first class
