Just stayed here for my birthday weekend with friends and had a great time. The staff was lovely and it's right in the heart of Palm Springs walking distance to everything . Will definitely be coming back again and again.
The hotel was lovely and the cool artwork around was a nice touch. Location was great and next to the bars. Gym was small but nice.
Great room by the pool. Walking distance to all amenities, food, clubs, etc.

Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs is a centrally located establishment with great service and a Vegas-like feel. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with the added bonus of free valet parking. While slightly pricier, its prime location near restaurants and shops makes it a pleasant choice for visitors. The Kitchen, the on-site restaurant, is revamping the menu and the look of the space, and it is highly recommended. Guests have enjoyed the shrimp tempura and sliders. The pool area has a party vibe, with fun pool parties and attentive staff, although some guests noted the concrete surroundings could be uncomfortable in the heat. Access after hours is easy and convenient. However, there are some notes about the hotel needing cleaning in certain areas and the bar and restaurant being closed during some visits. The hotel, which used to be the Hard Rock hotel, is a great place for large party events.
