I Heart Mac and Cheese Palm Springs

When I heart Mac n cheese first came out, I was really excited. It was basically subway for Mac and cheese. The sad part is, the Mac n cheese is really expensive and not very good. :( the soda is really good though. That’s about it..

Feel bad for this start-up. Not sure how they are staying in business. The food is like eating a huge brick of Velveeta Cheese. It's a franchise, so I'm sure they don't have much control over how the food is prepared. But there are so many much better options for Mac & Cheese in Palm Springs. Been to this place twice and won't go back.

The vegan grilled cheese was decent, but the vegan Mac & Cheese sauce was terrible (soupy noodles) and the beyond sausage was undercooked, tasted almost raw.

This place is great. They serve variations on 3 things: Mac & Cheese, Grill Cheese, an Pizza. We got the simple version of all of them which were very good.

I should own shares with how much I’ve eaten at this place. Everytime a friend or family member flies into Palm Springs. I ❤️Mac & Cheese is on our top 4 to-do list. Vegan options for the plant-based foodies. Fully customization for your meals, not to mention the grilled cheeses!!!

Went in on Monday night and the vibe was good. Food was tasty but the texture of gluten free noodles were lackluster (that’s gf pasta for you though!) This location doesn’t have an ice machine or soft drinks. Went back again at Lunch and they were out of … basically everything. I could only order 1 of the 4 items I came in for (regular grilled cheese for my kid). AFTER I paid the employee then informed me they were also out of tots that come with the sandwich ordered. I would give today’s service 0 stars if I could. Call ahead if you’re going to go to the Palm Springs location to make sure they have their menu items available

It was cool and comfortable. Food Awesome! Grilled Mac N Cheezus sandwich ?
The tourists with no ability to parent their children did detract from the experience. But the knowledgeable, charming and attractive staff made it a very pleasant experience!
They had me at vegan cheese!

Can take a while to get your food but it’s worth the wait! I’m so happy the valley finally has a late night downtown spot with such good food!! And gluten free mac!!!

Unfortunately,... I didn't even get the chance to experience I ❤️ Mac n cheese. I literally was super excited to try for a couple of reason. I love Mac n cheese and ..I'm new to Palm Springs (2 weeks here from Cleveland Ohio, the Rock and Roll Capital of the world)... That being said... I parked my car after putting this particular location in my Google maps so I can try it, but, once I reached the front outside menu to have a look... I was VERY put off by the garbage, gross and extremely loud heavy metal blasting from the place... It was very unwelcoming and distasteful to blast such an uncommon musical genre in a place many tourists have chosen for the food. Establishments need to realize that generally most do not want to be forced to listen to that kind of music. I sat at bar Tryst next door, trying to enjoy a glass of wine and it was painful to sit there and have to endure it. People need to realize... Because you like your playlist... That the general population more than likely doesn't. Ozzy Osbourne... Judas Priest don't make a good ambiance especially for eating. Heavy Metal is not appropriate for dining. Noone was going
there and I only noticed 1 couple walk out with order and one go in. No thanks!

Please was dead took 25 mins to get food and I ordered a mac bowel with chicken got small fish size of it and 3 starter totes with my order and your eyes burn from the burning food overpriced for how little you get! Stay away my friend got food poisoning from there ❗

7/1 - Update. I changed my star rating from 2 to 5. I received a text and call from the owner (Gene) and was able to discuss the issue. It was outside of their control as it was a supply chain issue. They are now making their own vegan cheese sauce. I was there on Sunday, 6/30 and had it. It was great.

This is the second time I have been in and they're out of vegan cheese sauce. I tried to call to confirm if they had it and no one has anawered the phone the times I have tried. I was told they don't know when they will get it again? How is that possible?

Stopped for lunch at 11. The restaurant was closed. Went to Sherman’s and had lunch. When I drove by on my way home it still looked closed. All the chairs on the patio were still on the tables.
