Highly recommend visiting Mark & Ian at their beautiful Palm Springs tasting room ? If you're a fan of Santa Inez, Santa Maria Valley grapes you will love their pours. So delicious we took home a case. Mark is a wonderful story teller & conversationalist. Definitely treat yourself if you're in the area. Hours depend on season so plan accordingly ?

I recently hosted a private wine tasting happy hour at Jalama Wines for clients and guests. Our group had a fantastic time, many thanks to the owners: Ian and Mark. From planning the event through execution they were easy to work with, responsive to communications and friendly to our large party. I highly recommend hosting a private party with them and look forward to visiting again soon!

My sister (the bachelorette) wanted to do a wine tasting as part of her bachelorette weekend. As we searched for a wine tasting bar that fit our schedule, we came across Jalama Wines, a boutique wine tasting shop, on Yelp. We starting planning a year ago. Ian and Mark Cargasacchi, the owners, were super responsive and accommodating to our needs. We were able to set up a private wine tasting with 5 tastings (4 wines and 1 revisit).
