Love this restaurant! We shared the rack of lamb. Best lamb I ever had! The sides were also excellent. Also had the escargot which was delicious. The service was perfect, even on a busy night.
We had one of the best dining experiences we have ever had at Johannes in the more than 12 years we have been coming to Palm Springs! Our only mistake was waiting so long to experience such great food and service.
Dinner at Johannes was absolutely wonderful. We sat at the bar and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had the shrimp Johannes' with secret sauce (outstanding!) along with a delicious house salad the chef made for me. Tom ordered Mama's Schnitzel — one of our favorites — perfectly prepared and so comforting. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the bartender and staff were friendly, attentive, and engaging. A truly lovely...
