I went there last night around 1605 after ordering off the mobile app. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and a tray of their brownies. I pulled over to check out order but bag was knotted which I didn't want cut it. Had to carry it into the apartment. Got the apartment. Open the bag instead of 12 piece it was ten and no tray of brownies. I swear this has happened to many times at this location . This location has a dine in lobby that has been closed indefinitely. The only you thing these employees are doing is the drive through and mobile orders and they can't even get that straight. This place should be condemned by the city it's so nasty or ZKFC needs to get rid of the manager and her or his employees . Or close it entirely.

I've come here for the past 3 years, more than 10 times. The dining room is never open, the girls that work there have TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. They're never open but there's always employees inside? They say that they're closed in such a mean tone. The times they were open. They NEVER get my order right. A simple 2 piece combo OR famous bowl and a soda. They get the wrong chicken, sides, no sauces, and completely different soda.I told them about the incorrect order and I received the biggest huff and eye roll!! And she asked, "soo you want me to go back and change it?" WHAT?! uhhh yes please?!

I usually don't have a problem with places....but today takes the cake. Pla ed my drive thru order at 5:11 and was asked to pull up front because they are making "fresh fries" 5:25 I look up whole staff is sitting down eating. I go up to knock on the door to see where my order was and they literally looked at me laughed and continued eating. The chef came all the way from the back to see what my concern was. After he closed the door they all continued to laugh again. The girl who was working drive thru was sitting and eating and then running back to the register to take orders. I'm sure whom ever the manager is they should know better. I'm sure this isn't corporate training. So horribly disappointed. And now knowing the young lady was more worried about her meal is probably the reason they still couldn't give me the correct sauces. Doubt I'll return to this place. I work waaaaay to hard to feel humiliated and giving my hard earned money to a bunch of people who could care less about customer service!!!

The biscuits were hard as a rock, the chicken was very dry and hard, the corn was undercooked, the mac n cheese was cold, the mashed potatoes were cold like it was reheated and reserved. Bad Management, waste of 60$ to come and eat here. TERRIBLE

Ended up having to wait for my food. Along with 3 or 4 other cars. also, they forgot one of my items to my order which they are replacing but I understand they were short-staffed.
I went through drive thur and I didn't get what I ordered all the biscuits were hard the chicken was cold and slimly not cooked all the way you can tell it was really old food it was all bad I will never return

I didn't think it was possible to go lower than grocery-store fried chicken. This KFC manages it. Chicken way WAY over cooked then left out - it was dry, tough, nasty. Looked like it had been fried at least twice. Dark and chewy. Tasted like old grease.
